Operation including supervision & transhipment of 2000 ltr/hrs capacity truck mounted mobile treatment unit (R.O process) along with pouch making machine for treating flood water/catchment water & production of treated safe drinking water after bottling in a pouch (capacity 350 ml/ 500ml) including arranging operator & helper for machine unit and driver for truck unit as derected by EIC. [Rate includes wages, bonus, sundries, site expenditure, profit etc. Pouch packing machine should be provided with Gum boot & apron (once in a year)] for the period with effect from 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027

Supervision and maintenance of the whole installation within the MTU including WTP, pouch making machine, DG set etc. By deploying skilled technician as and when required otherwise in a periodic manner to ensure the smooth operation of the system for the period with effect 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027

Cost of fuel and lubricant for movement of vehicle outside actual placement of the vehicle as and when required by the department duly recorded with intimation and log book. (Rate of consumption of diesel is 4 km / ltr and lube oil @ 1 ltr/500 km. Bill should be drawn as per actual measurement)

Cost of diesel for Generator set run for the machine unit as entered in the log book. (Rate of consumption of diesel is @ 4 Ltr./Hr. bill should be drawn as per actual measurement)

Cost of Mobile for Generator set run for the machine unit as entered in the log book. (Bill should be drawn as per actual measurement).

Incidental charges for movement of vehicle also with its crew out side the district of actual allocation or more than 45 Kms from the actual placement premisess of the vehicle within the district including arrangement of temporary shelter in the form of camp and cot in the vicinity, fooding, lodging etc complete. (Bill should be drawn as per actual measurement). [Considering special occassions viz. public gathering, Govt. programme and natural calamities where MTU have to be detained for a long time.]

N.B:- 1. Quoted rate should be inclusive of ESI, PF as per latest amendment and also comply with the Notification no.- 06/STAT/12RW/03/2023/LCS, dt. 02/04/2025 of the office the Labour Commissioner, Govt of W.B. & Reference Memo No- PHE/1095/O-5/16 (Pt) Dated- 22-05-2025 of the Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal 2. The rates are exclusive of Cess.
