Requiredb) The Bidder shall be Manufacturer/Authorized dealer for manufacturing of Polythene bags. The bidder shall upload for Manufacturers proof of Manufacturing Polythene Bags and for Authorized Dealers/Distributors, copy of Authorization shall be produced

Requiredf) The bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)

Requiredg) The bidder shall submit the self-declaration on blacklisting/Vigilance litigation history.

Requiredh) The bidder shall supply sample of each type of bag in O/o Executive Engineer, Circle-18, KZ, GHMC.

RequiredThe bidder shall submit the IT Returns (AY : 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 acknowledgement copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)

RequiredThe bidder should have minimum turnover in any one year during the last (3) consecutive financial years of 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 with value of work as 26.26 Lakhs

RequiredThe bidder should have similar experience/Work order/LOA in providing Black colored LLDPE (Linear Low Density) Polythene garbage bags (approx.. 60% of estimated value) in any State/Central Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU Departments/ ULBs for in any one year during the last (3) consecutive financial years of 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 with value of work 26.26 LAKHS Lakhs
