Dismantling tile work in floor sand roofs laid in cement mortar for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm including stacking material within 50 metres lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestorey windows, ventilators (steel or wood) shutters including chaukhats, architraves, hold fasts and other attachments etc. complete in all respects not exceeding 3.00 ( three) square meter in area etc. as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per HP.PWD. specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of un serviceable materials within 50 metres lead and lift, including all incidental charges.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing as per H.P. PWD. specification including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work Suspended floors, roofs, landings,balconies and access platform as per H.P. PWD. specification including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges to the statisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel and medium tensile steel bars reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level as per HP.PWD. specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four sand) as per HP.PWD specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand in superstructure above plinth level up to floor level. superstructure above plinth level to up to all floor level,including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all lead, lift, other incidental charges and as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position in Sal wood wood as per H.P.PWD.
