Supply & fix flame proof, zone-I &II, Gas Group II A/IIB, weather proof DB TPN 415 volts 4 way with busbar in cast aluminium LM-6 enclosure operated externally spring type knob complete with suitable incoming and outgoing cable entries with cable glands suitable for hazardous area and confirming to IS-2147/62 neoprene gasket degree of protection IP-65 suitable for MCCB TPN 63 Amps-1 Nos (incoming) and MCB SPN 32 Amp-6 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Exhast fan flame proof 300mm sweep (12') with louvers, 0.25 HP motor, single phase, 230V, Gas Group IIA, IIB, IIC as per IS/IEC 60079-1: 2014, RPM not less than 1400, copper winding, including fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ERW stove enamelled black rigid conduit of size 25mm dia including inserting communication/cable TV wire complete all as specified and as directed.

RUNWAY WORK

M&L for mechanically laying self adhesive glass grid (1.50 mtr wide with 100 KN/m longitudinal and transverse strength) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying SAMI layer using PMB @ 9 Kg/10 Sqm and 8 to 10 mm chips @ 7 Kg / Sqm over mechanically laid glass grid complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs to concrete pavements by cutting the damaged, spoiled edges in concrete pavements slabs to rectangular cross section with diamond tip cutters, removing all loose and foreign materials to a distance exceeding 500 metres but not exc 1 Kilometer, cleaning surface thoroughly with wire/coir brushes and then cleaning the surfaces with compressed air by compressors, priming the surface with Dencote primer 601 and filling with epoxy resin Denpatch and including form work wherever required in taxi track all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make DENSON/NGI /STP LTD /Tikki Tar / Danosa (India) Pvt Ltd.

M & L for preparing new concrete surface and painting lines, dashes (continuous/uninterrupted arrows, letters,etc exceeding 10cm width with three coats of water based road marking paint (reflective type) having ISI Mark of IS: 164 (1981) in white, golden, yellow, orange or red colour over a coat of primer complete all using mechanised runway marking and painting equipment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparing new concrete surfaces and painting lines, dashes(continuous/uninterrupted arrows, letters,etc not exceeding 10cm width with three coats of water based road marking paint (reflective type) ISI Mark of IS: 164 (1981) in white, golden, yellow, orange or red colour over a coat of primer complete all using mechanised runway marking and painting equipment complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new brick / stone/concrete/ plastered surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

M&L for crushing the demolished PQC/PCC structures (obtained from demolition quantity) and screening, segregating and stacking the aggregates and like material found by mechanical means using stone crusher to required grading (grading 02 of Table 400-9 of MORTH), removing the wastages and depositing where directed including loading/unloading, levelling, watering and well ramming using tandem roller (static and vibratory) in layers not exc 20 cm for filling formation by maintaining proper slope and camber as required, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Removal of wastage shall be measured and paid in respective items of BOQ)/ Sch 'A'.

M&L for GSB (Granular Sub base) 250mm compacted thickness grade V as per TI:09/2018/Table 400-2 of MORTH Specification/ IRC Specification in one layer over compacted sub grade using recycled aggregate obtained from demolition of PQC item at site, filled and specified grading rolled and compacted using tandem vibratory roller & transverse gradient to required gradient & camber to achieve field compaction of at least 98% of MDD (maximum Dry Density) determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code and CBR (Minimum 30) as per MORTH, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) GSB obtained from crushing of PQC as specified will only be reused after verification of crushing strength from approved Govt lab only. (ii) Verified GSB shall be used at NLB and non Aircraft Manauvering area only.

RUNWAY MISCL

Supply and fixing (as in replacement) visibilities DTGM boards (two aspect display / sign board), each comprising and inclusive of the following work :- (a) DTGM board made out of 4 mm thick black engineering plastics, having monolithic structure to withstand temperature variation from extreme cold environment to sweltering hot condition of triangular shape of size 5’x 4’ (Height - 5’ and base width -4’) in black background. (b) main frame shall be made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm duly painted with anti-corrosive paint of superior quality over a coat of zinc chroma primer.(c) Frame (iron) shall be pitched into metal conduict of appropriate size / dia (as per manufacturer's instruction), 600 mm long, embedded in PCC block (type B-1) of size 150 x 150 x 750 mm including necessary excavation and earth in any type of soil. (d) The DTGM board sheets should be designed with eight equal spaces holes of 100 mm dia to reduce resistance to wind, ensuring that the board withstands fatal windforce.(e) Wooden bracing of size 50 mm x 15 mm thick shall be of 1st class HW duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Structure shall be specially reinforced with antimony Trioxide and Methlamine acrylate to withstand high velocity wind. (ii) Sketches showing front and rear view of DTGM board & letter shall be displayed. (iii) The numerals will be written with orange retro reflective tape. (iv) An area of one foot from the base is not to be used for writing numerals / letters to cater for growth of grass/ vegetation on runway and taxi way shoulders. (v) All markers shall meet frangibility criteria and shall be illuminated during night so as to make them clearly visible to pilot. (vi) Make of DTGM shall be Tata/YPR/AMA/NASU.

Dismantling, refixing and making change in DTGM face number on one side of existing DTGMs with orange Retro Reflective tape as per standard dimensions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing internally illuminated Airfield LED based Mandatory / information Guidance Sign Boards of various sizes made out of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet at front facia and 2mm thick anodised aluminium sheet at back side with Sec lead, Aluminium Mountinig leg, CI Base with Coupling, stainless steel Clamps and stainless steel Nuts, isolation transformer as per reqmt complete all as per ICAO standard incl taking down of existing sign boards complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Tata/ YPR/AMA/HONEYWELL/THREE D INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS / VERDHMAN AIRPORT)

Material and labour for sand passing from 4.75mm and retained on 1.18mm spreaded and levelled for Soft Ground Arrestor (SGA), complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and taking out silt, liquid water sludge in solid / semi solid state from runway culvert 60 Mtr long, of width 1.2 mtr and avg depth 1.20 mtr carrying the Nos of cable mannually and with high jet water pressure with mechanicaly operated high pressure pump with water tank of capacity 12000 Ltr and removing the same to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n exc 5.00 km in low laying area complete all as directed by Engr -in- Charge Note : (a) It is contractor's responsibility to repair any damage to caused to the cables without claiming any extra on this account.

Supply and fixing for End caps / Plug for 100 mm dia HDPE Pipes PN 10 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing for copper cladded steel pull wire 3mm dia fixed inside the HDPE pipe fixed at End caps / Plug for cable pulling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100 mm dia high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 complete all as specified.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding |technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitabie ror 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing terminal box made out of SMC with hinged door and locking arrangements of size 200x140x95mm Including, bakelite 4 way connector, M S Clamps suitable for pole, PCC/MS/GI/rail etc. with bolt. nut and washer, electrical connections including one MCB SP 6 Amps, B Curve, 10 KA rupturing capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable route indicator made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of suitable size (as approved by Engr-in-charge) duly painted with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing cable direction, Nature of cable (i.e MAFI, MRS, Sub station etc.), size of cable (in SQMM), type of cable (LT cable) with white paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle height 45 cm, (30cm below ground level) with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for 20cmx20cmx15cm all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 600x600x 600mm with and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm with fixing arrangement hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre, 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brick work using pulverized fuel ash lime bricks in cement mortar 1:6, 15 mm plastering in cement mortar 1:4 both internally and externally, 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION

M&L for Aluminium round block size of 25mm diax50mm long having outside thread at one end to be fixed on the top of GI socket & inner thread 12mm for Air termination suitable arrangement fixing the Aluminium strip complete all as specified and directed.

AIR CONDITIONING

Supply & install hi wall inverter split units indoor/outdoor 1.5 TR capacity complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing copper tubing with nominal diameter 1/4 inch of suitable thickness including expanded polythene foam insulation for external insulation for liquid line to connect with out door unit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing copper tubing with nominal diameter 1/2 inch of suitable thickness including expanded polythene foam insulation for external insulation of for suction line for connecting with outdoor considering unit complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fabircation of base stand from MS angle iron of size 50mmx50mm, 6mm thick including necessary nuts, bolts & washers for mounting of outdoor unit of 1.5 TR capacity split AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC non-metallic flexbile pipe of size 20mm dia alongwith fixing accessories such as saddles, pipe hook etc, for draining out the water from indoor unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix three core PVC cable, FRLs with copper conductor round cable 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying High-density polyethylene (HDPE) Permanent Lubricated (PLB) duct pipe of 63mm outer dia, 53mm inner dia, wall thickness not less than 4.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & removal of AFLS and deposting the same to AF authority in presence of the rep of the GE of the following lights:-

Removal of Inset Lights 8 inch

Removal of Inset lights 12 inch

Removal of Elevated lights

Removal of PAPI Lights

Removal of Elevated Omni directional taxiway edge Blue light

Dismantling of MS boxes (TH boxes) and outer concrete cover from existing position using suitable breaking including disconnection earth wire which includes transportation from the runway site upto CCR section store for safe handing over to the Air Force Auth complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary cutting/demolition of PCC plinth for taking out of MS boxes (TH boxes).

Dismantling of existing Isolation Transformer from existing position including disconnection earth wire including transport from the runway site upto CCR section store for safe handing over to the Air Force Auth in presence of rep of GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-Installation of existing Runway light fitting with shallow base of following type, at same location at new raised surface of runway including transportation to the runway same site from CCR section store, DGPS survey marking (X, Y, Z coordinates) in presence of rep of user and submission of completion drawing for approval of user, including compaction and ramming the surface and making good the existing surface with adequate materials to match the existing surface, coring by core cutting eqpt on rigid/flexible pavement upto cutting circular hole of suitable dia and suitable depth or as required for fixing existing fitting lights in PQC rigid/flexible pavement of runway as per requirement for fixing of light fitting and precise alignment all as specified and directed for the following :-

Re-installation/ fixing only of Inset lights 8 inch

Re-installation/ fixing only of Inset lights 12 inch

Re-installation/ fixing only of Elevated lights

Re-installation/ fixing only of PAPI lights including all accessories

Re-installation/ fixing only of elevated taxiway light

Re-Installation of MS boxes (TH boxes) on existing position using suitable cutting including connection earth wire which includes transport from the AF authority to runway site complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Height of existing MS box will be maintained according to new level of runway or surrounding surface by using collar/extension box. (ii) if required, necessary dummy plates, gasket and M10 bolts are to be provided.(iii) Dummy plates, gasket and M10 bolts shall be issued by AF auth.

Installation of Isolation Transformer of various rating at existing position including connection of earth wire which includes transportation from CCR section store to the runway site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing 50mm dia HDPE pipe including accessories and handing over to AF auth for their further dispoal complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of 40mm GI Pipe, heavy grade (ISI Marked) 'C' class with GI fittings (elbow socket & T joints as required) including making Groove with diamond cutter blade machine of width 60 mm and depth minimum 450mm upto top of conduit from the finished grade in Bitumious /Concrete/NLB/Soil, and carefully removing old existing material by means of chieselling/demolition including disposal of rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m but not exceeding 1 Km, cleaning with blower, epoxy applied by sprayer and pipe should be plugged on both side with end cap including pulling rope. GI pipe shall be laid in groove and balance portion filled with Dense Asphaltic Concrete Gd-I/Existing Material duly compacted well using proper compaction tools as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out existing primary cable (1x6 sqmm) and secondary cable of size 1x 4 sqmm and handing over to AF auth for their further disposal complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5mtr length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire all as shown in plate No. 2 of MES Schedule Part-I to the earthing test point including charcoal, salt as per adequate proportion all as specified and indicated including testing on completion as directed. Note : Drawing showing location of all earthing pits shall be submitted to AF authority for their records.

Horizontal Boring holes 1 to 2 m deep in soil for under road/pavement/runway/taxi surfaces by trenchless technology using ultra sound technic and necessary machine and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n exc. 50 m, boring of hole for 50mm dia HDPE pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relvent item.

Dismantling and taking out existing Primary cable connector and handing over to AF auth for their further disposal complete all as specified and as directed.

Installation, jointing and testing Primary Connector kit for 1C x 6 Sqmm cable from primary cable to Isolating transformer plug and receptacles type unscreened cable conductor type complete all as specified and as directed (for primary cable to secondry cable connection). Note : Connectors will be supplied by AF Auth.

Dismantling and taking out existing Secondary cable connector and handing over to AF auth for their further disposal complete all as specified and as directed.

Installation, Jointing and testing Secondary Connector kit for 1C x 4 Sqmm cable from Isolating transformer to Secondary cable plug and Receptacle type unscreened cable conductor size 4 to 6 Sqmm type having the cable dia 4mm complete all as specified and as directed (for secondry cable to inset light connection). Note : Connectors will be supplied by AF Auth.

Supply and lay dry river sand including spreading, levelling, punning for cushioning with a layer 200mm thick in trench/duct complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considred for payment.

AREA DRAINAGE AND CULVERT (ON EPC MODE)

M&L for supplying and laying of Precast Factory Made RCC U-Shape Strom water drain having in to in dimension with top and bottom thickness as per design requirement. The load carrying capacity is for heavy vehicle or Light Vehicle wheel load confirming to BIS/JIS having high performance self-compacting concrete M-40 cylindrical strength/M-50 Grade cube strength and Fe500D/Fe550D reinforcement. The product shall be manufactured in wet-cast method and dully steam cured for accelerated curing. The precast utility duct must be factory made and supplied to the project site. Its design must consist of special in-built inlet at appropriate location for fixing de-shacke for mechanical installation, including supply transportation, installation of specific location at site in line, level, gradient and plumb with necessary testing commissioning and filling cement slurry between two segment joint etc complete all as specified and directed. Note (a) The unit rate quoted shall include crane of hydra for laying drains. (b) Once the precast drains are on site (+,-) of Each lot will be subjected to rebound hammer test + compressive testing (c) Certificate from OEM with each batch for authenticity.

M&L for precast factory made RCC cover slab of having high performance self-compacting concrete M-40 cylindrical strength/M-50 Grade cube strength and Fe500/Fe550D reinforcement. The product should be menufactured in wet-cast method and duly steam cured for accelerated curing. The precast utility duct must be factory made supplied to the project site complete all as specified.

ARBORICULTURE (ON EPC MODE)

Material and labour for Turfing and developing of lawn with first quality BERMUDA GRASS / KIKUYU GRASS of approved superior quality by removing all the unwanted material such as stones, weeds, trees root etc which are not suitable for healthy growth of grass, treating the ground surfaces with approved insecticides as per Horticulture Engineer instruction and filling with a mixture of approved agricultural soil, cattle yard manure (or) vermin compost and river sand in 1:2:4 proportion and laying thickly matted Bermuda Grass / Kikuyu Grass turf , ramming to the required levels, spreading river sand and treating the surface with insecticides as recommended doses and irrigating with water, complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL FOR BLAST PENS

S&F LLDPE conventional type septic tank for 25 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete all as specified.

Soakage wells exc, in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wells of honey combed and solid in M-25 Concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber brick work in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25 / Filling with brick bats, complete of size 1.8 M dia X 3.0M deep. ( refer Drg No CEJZ/STD-301/90 SHEET No 1/4 to 4/4) complete all as specified and as directed.

DEMOLITION

Demolition of PQC as in repair of slabs by cutting of exising PQC slab with diamond cutter up to a max depth of 300 mm incl removal of PQC outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismatling and taking out existing tarmac lights (LED flood lights) alongwith pole (GI Pipe) and hand over to JE E/M be to kept in E/M store yard for re-use and re-fix the lights at same places after completion of runway resurfacing work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing bitumen surfaces of any description and in any other position not otherwise specifically provided for using cold milling machine complete all as specified and directed.
