R.C.C Overhead Tank

Supply of all materials labour, T&P etc. preparation of design & drawing, vetting of design of reputed institution for complete the construction of R.C.C. (M30 Grade) Over Head Tank of FOLLOWING CAPACITY min 0.6m above ground level with main components, soil testing and assuming bearing capacity of soil as 8MT including cost of supply of design and drawings. all the water retaining components of OHT shall be casted in M-30 grade cement concrete and minimum grade of concrete of foundation and staging should be M-25 with approved cement, coarse sand and stone grit as per I.S. 11682 and I.S. 456 seismic effects and wind load should be taken into consideration as per I.S. 1893 for earthquake resistance and I.S. 875 Part-III for wind load on structure and including 1M wide RCC dog legged staircase with separate 2 columns & BEAM, 1m wide R.C.C.(M30) balcony, M.S. ladder made of 65x65x8mm angle section and 20mm ribbed M.S. bars with hand rails of 20mm dia medium class G.I. pipes, one aluminum ladder inside the tank from top dome to bottom dome, R.C.C. railling with 20mm dia medium class G.I.pipe (in 3 rows) on both sides of stair case, supported on 65x65x8mm M.S. angle section, spaced at intervals not more than 1.5m, proper ventilator at top dome in circular shape of 1.5m dia, Ultra Sonic Water Level Indicator fabricated with sensor connecting to scada automation, lightening conductor as per I.S. 2309 or its latest amendments of latest electricity rules, consisting of proper elevation rod with 5 or more fork points as prescribed in IS 2309-1969 and IS 3013-1966, C.I. manhole of min 60x60cm size with locking arrangement, supply, fixing, jointing of D.I. D/F Pipes of appropriate size with D.I. D/F specials conforming to IS 8329/2000 as vertical pipes for all required no of seperate inlet on each t/w(150mm OR as designed), all required no of outlet (350mm or as designed for each DMA),350 MM DIA. overflow and 100 MM DIA.wash out as per latest/relevant I.S. specification with all jointing materials for proper completion of work along with Sluice valves with actuators, construction of bed blocks in 1:2:4 PCC with cement, coarse sand and approved stone grit, construction of washout/ overflow chamber and chambers for sluice / butter fly valves as per departmental type design and drawings, supply of 350mm dia DI K-7 pipe as per I.S.-8329/2000 for disposal of water from overflow and washout chamber to suitable point outside the water works compound, SITC 6 nos 200 watt wall mounted LED Light (Crompton/phillips/Bajaj/orient) with all neccessory required equipment, wire, switches/MCB etc., food grade epoxy rasin 3 coat on the inner wall of OHT Tank, 2coat apex ultima weatherproof painting over primer coat, 3 coat enamel painting over primer coat on steel, GI pipe works (water container & drinkingwater touch all parts, internal painting 3 coat food grade epoxy). Including all shuttring and scafolding etc. supply of all materials, labours, T&P etc all complete the work upto the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Zone-1 Construction and desing of RCC circular Clear Water Reservoir (CWR) 1000 KL including supply of all Materials, Labours, T & P etc. Complete including excavation in rock, making the approach road complete.

Repair and Maintenance of existing RCC OHT 600KL/15M including cleaning of silt/malwa/algae, repair of seepage/leekage by gun grouting method, dismentaling of old damaged Flooring and Construction of new flooring with 40mm thick M-15 cement Concrete flooring in glass pannels over 75mm thick (1:4:8) PCC base with 3mm thick floating coat of neat cement, removing of weak concrete, repairing of OHT Coloumn, by hacked roughened surface and clean throughly and its repairing with jacking of cement concrete M-20 in 60mm thickness around old damaged coloumn, repairing of all raling of stair, balcony with 20mm dia GI Pipe including changing of old damaged pipe, repairing/changing of old damaged lighteing conductor including fixing of aluminium strip with column and making proper earthing, dismentaling/fixing of inlet, outlet, overflow and washout pipe with clamp of OHT, changing of inlet, outlatet and washout unserviceable sluice valve incluing dismentaling of old S/v and fixing of new S/v and construction of S/v masonary chamber, supplying and fixing of additional column pipes of 200mm dia, supply of garden mess for repairing of construction of verticle wall and bottom dome. 12mm thick plaster 1:3 cement and coarse sand and water proofing compund chemical over the tank internal wall and bottom dome, repairing and changing of old damaged manhole cover, repairing of ventilation jali including supply and ,fixing of safety gate(not less 125kg) on staircase with pillar ,fixing of required MS work and Repair of all RCC work (columns,brace,balcony, bottome dome, top dome, staircase, post, conical wall etc.) including cost of reinforcement, food grade epoxy rasin 3 coat on the inner wall of OHT Tank, 2coat apex ultima weatherproof painting over primer coat. 3 coat enamel painting over primer coat on steel, GI pipe works. SITC 6 nos 200 watt wall mounted LED Light (Crompton/phillips/Bajaj/orient) with all neccessory required equipment, wire, switches/MCB etc., Including all shuttring and scafolding etc., Supply of all materials, labours, T&P etc all complete the work upto the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. NDT Report of all major component of OHT will be submited by Contractor before repairing work.

Provision for survey investigation by any Govt. institution and dismmentaling works of existing OHT-135kl/12 m staging in Zone 2 behind NPP office as per recommendation of committee, including all supply of labour T&P complete(including disposal of scraps and Malva etc all).

PUMP HOUSE

Provide all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete and construct Pump house size (3.6x3.0x3.0)m - cum- Chlorinating room size (1.80x2.5x3.0)m as per departmental type design with ByPass Chamber including ISMB-250 all labour material T&P etc complete.

Provision for repairing of existing pumphouse located in NPP Ahraura including dismentling & Repairing of necessary rcc work, brick work, roof treatment, flooring, plastering, finising and painting in patches on whole surface , repairin of door, windows, ventilation, sunshed, rain water pipe, drain, Repairing of damaged electrification, SITC 2 nos 180 watt wall mounted LED Light (Crompton/phillips/Bajaj/orient) with all neccessory required equipment, wire, switches/MCB etc., painting of outer surface with approved exterior weather coat apex ultima paint and inner surface with approved interior paint etc. disposal of malwa up to 8.0 km distance, complete the work upto the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
