ITEM No. 1 :- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 millimetre, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of over 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 millimetre in thickness.

ITEM No. 2 :- Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of over 2 kilomteres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 3 :- Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts and leads and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed. By Mechanical Means.

ITEM No. 4 :- Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compacting to not less than 97 % of standard proctor density for a lead of over 2 kilometers inclusive, from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed.

ITEM No. 5 :- Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel, soft murum including shoring and strutting as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etcetera complete. (Lift upto 1.50 metre) (By Mechanical Means)

ITEM No. 6 :- Excavation for foundation in hard murum including shoring and strutting as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etcetera complete. Lift upto 1.50 metre

ITEM No. 7 :- Providing rubble filling of trap/ granite/ quartzite gneiss stones for foundations including hand packing filling gravel / sand in the voids etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 8 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix / ready mix M-10 cement concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite / gneiss metal in foundation including necessary centering, formwork, bailing out water, compacting and curing etcetera complete. (with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with natural / artificial sand). (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 10 :- Providing Reinforced cement concrete crash barrier at the edges of the road, approaches to bridge structures and medians, constructed with Reinforced cement concrete M-30 Grade concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC:21 and dowel bars 25 millimetre diametre, 450 millimetre long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board, keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design given in the enclosure to MOST circular No.RW/NH-33022/1/94-DO III dated 24 June 1994 as per dimensions in the approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer, all as specified etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts) and fine aggregates of required specification (VSI Sand finely washed)

ITEM No. 11 :- Providing and laying in PCC M-15 grade levelling course below approach slab complete with fully automatic micro processor PLC with SCADA enabled reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) as per drawings and Technical specifications etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 12 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M-25 controlled cement concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite / gneiss metal for RCC work in solid/ deck slab etcetera including ramming, vibrating, curing, formwork, centering and finishing in cement plaster excluding reinforcement etcetera complete. (height up to 4 meter with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled concrete batch mix plant / pan mixer with VSI standard Artificial Sand). (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 13 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M-20 RCC of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for RCC work of ballast walls, kerbs and box returns including scaffolding, compaction, formwork finishing and curing etcetera complete. (excluding reinforcement, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled concrete batch mix plant / pan mixer with VSI standard Artificial Sand). ITEM No. 14 :- Providing and laying of RCC in M-30 grade approach slab including reinforcement and formwork complete with fully automatic micro processor PLC with SCADA enabled reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) as per drawings and technical specifications etcetera complete with fine aggregates of required specifications (VSI sand finely washed etcetera). (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 15 :- Providing, cutting, bending, hooking, tying and laying in position TMT FE 500 steel bars for reinforcement for all reinforced cement concrete works as per detailed drawings etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 16 :- Providing earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from other sources including with all lead and all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre thickness breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compaction with vibratory roller with V-Sat attachment to achieve not less than 97 % of standard proctor density etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 17 :- Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader/ Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 - Plant Mix Method and Grading-I Material. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 18 :- Wet Mix Macadam - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Laying By Grader/Paver. (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 19 :- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with Vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means- Grading I (Using Screening Type A (13.2) millimetre Aggregate) (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 20 :- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means - Grading II (Using Screening Type B (11.2 millimetre) Aggregate. (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 21 :- Providing and constructing 75 millimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 millimetre stone metal layers 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 grade at the rate of 2 Kilogram per Square Metre, spreading 12 millimetre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetera complete including picking of existing Water Bound Macadam surface. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 22 :- Prime coat - Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying, primer at the rate of 0.60 kilogram per square metre using mechanical means. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 23 :- Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Dry / Hungry B.T. surface 3 Kilogram per 10 Square Metre, VG-30 bulk bitumen. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 24 :- Open Graded Premix Surfacing – Providing and Laying OGC 20 millimetre thickness composed of 13.2 millimetre to 5.6 millimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but excluding prime / tack and Seal coat. For Bitumen of specified grade –USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller (Over MPM Surface). (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 25 :- Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of VG-30 grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen at the rate of 0.98 Kilogram per square metre by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 26 :- DENSE BITUMINOUS MACADAM : Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam using crushed aggregate of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder Bitumen of specified grade, @ 4.50 % by weight of total mix and filler, transported at site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface , finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 76/100 millimetre compacted thickness with drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA having complying essential features of Hot mix plant as per IRC-27-2009 specified conditions and attachments such as electronic load sensor based belt conveyers, automatic synchronization of bitumen and aggregate fedder, built in dust controller system and PLC for Drum Mix plant, Sensor paver, and Vibratory roller excluding prime / Tack coat etcetera complete - Bitumen VG-30 grade with stone dust filler. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 27 :- BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:--Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 5.40% by weight of total mix and filler, transported at site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 50 millimetre compacted thickness with drum mix plant with SCADA, Sensor paver and Vibratory roller excluding prime / Tack coat etcetera complete using Bitumen of VG-30 grade with stone dust filler. (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 28 :- Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall as per drawings and technical specifications etcetera complete. (By granular material) (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 29 :- Supplying hard murum / kankar at the road side, including conveying with all leads and stacking etcetera complete as directed by Engineer in charge. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 30 :- Spreading hard murum/ soft murum/ gravel or kankar for side width complete.

ITEM No. 31 :- Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with Vibratory roller including artificial watering etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 32 :- Excavation for foundation in hard murum including shoring and strutting as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etcetera complete. (Lift from 1.50 metre to 3.00 metre)

ITEM No. 33 :- Excavation for foundation in hard murum and boulders including shoring and strutting as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etcetera complete. (Lift from 1.50 metre to 3.00 metre)

ITEM No. 36 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix / ready mix M-10 cement concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite / gneiss metal in foundation including necessary centering, formwork, bailing out water, compacting and curing etcetera complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with artificial sand) (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 37 :- Providing and laying plain in situ / ready mix M-35 cement concrete of trap/ granite / quartzite / gneiss / crushed stone metal mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including necessary bailing out water, curing curing concrete batch mix plant / pan mixer with fine aggregates of required specifications (VSI sand finely washed etcetera) (excluding dewatering by pump) for 14 days RCC Grade. ITEM No. 38 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M-35 cement concrete of trap /granite / quartzite / gneiss metal for cast in situ reinforced cement concrete solid piers, column etcetera including provision of V shaped false joints to form suitable panels on the faces to approve design with compacting by vibrating and curing complete including plywood / steel formwork, centering (excluding dewatering by means of pump) and including bailling out water and including cement mortar 1:3 curing complete. ITEM No. 41 :- Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level elastomeric bearing including all accessories as per drawing and technical specifications and IRC:83 (Pt-II) section IX and clause 2005 of MoRTH specifications etcetera complete (Material including all lead and lifts).

ITEM No. 42 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M-35 controlled cement concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for reinforced cement concrete work in main/ cross girders, diaphrams etcetera including ramming, vibrating, curing, formwork, centering and finishing in cement plaster excluding reinforcement etcetera complete. ITEM No. 45 :- Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 millimetre to be installed by the manufacturer / supplier to their authorized representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturers instruction for installation as per approved drawings and standard specifications etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 46 :- Providing and laying 25 millimetre thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab excluding prime coat with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping at an approximate spacing of 10 centimetre center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100 degree C, protruding 1 millimetre to 4 millimetre over mastic surface as per clause 515 etcetera complete. ITEM No. 47 :- Providing and applying three coats of water proof cement paint of approved manufacture and of approved colour to new plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface, watering for two days etcetera complete. ITEM No. 48 :- Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT- PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, complete assembly to be of cast steel / fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83 part I and II respectively and other parts conforming to BS:5400, section 9.1 and 9.2 and clause 2006 of MoRTH specifications as per drawing and approved technical specifications etcetera complete. ITEM No. 49 :- Providing structural steel work in trusses, other similar trussed purlins and members with all bracing, gusset plates etcetera as per detailed designs and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting fixing in position, Making riveted/ bolted/ welded connection and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it 2 coats of oil painting approved quality and shade etcetera complete. ITEM No. 50 :- Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface - Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 millimetre thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 grams per Square Metre area, thickness of 2.5 millimetre is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 52 :- Providing and fixing Mandatory / Regulatory sign boards in circular shape of 900 millimetre diametre made out of 2.00 millimetre aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive / heat activated adhesive retro-reflective specified back ground, border and back side retro-reflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3 Supported with back support frame 25 millimetre x 25 millimetre x 3 millimetre, duly painted on back side with grey stove enamel paint and supported on one number of Mild Steel angle iron post of size 65 millimetre X 65 millimetre X 6 millimetre, 3.45 metre long, duly painted with with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including Galvanised Iron fixtures etcetera; fixing the boards in M-25 grade concrete block of size 60 centimetre X 60 centimetre X 75 centimetre including transportation etcetera; complete. ITEM No. 54 :- Providing and erecting Overhead signs made out of 2 millimetre aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class C ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retro-reflective specified back ground, border and back side retro-reflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012, with designed back support frame of mild steel angle with vertical and lateral clearance given in clause 801 and 802, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and installed as per clause 802.6 over a designed support system of structural steel work trestles and trusses of sections and type as per structural design requirements and approved plans including painting with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paint. The nut bolts of board with angle iron post / supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded. Class B (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) sheeting shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor / convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor / supplier. ITEM No. 55 :- Providing and fixing Guard Railing of 1000 millimetre height as per Type D Drg. No. 15 dt. 20.4.79, and fixed in 40 X 40 X 6 millimetre iron, angle embedded in 1:2:4 cement concrete bedding patti as per detailed drawing, with 3 coats of approved of yellow and black paint. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 56 :- Providing and fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etcetera as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted /welded connections without connecting plates, braces etcetera and including one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 57 :- Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of IS 458:2003 NP-4 class of 900 millimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 58 :- Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of IS 458:2003 NP-4 class of 1200 millimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope etcetera complete. (Material including all lead and lifts)

ITEM No. 59 :- Excavation for catch / side water gutter in all sorts of soils to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed all sorts of soils, by Mechanical Means.
