SITC of SNI / WGS Boards

Supply of Triangular SNI (Stand Number Indicator) boards (Fascia 800 x 600 x 2) to indicate Aircraft parking stand in Apron, fabricated with 2mm Aluminium Sheet. The SNI shall be triangular in shape with rear side of 1700 mm and each front side of 1000 mm. The total height of triangle shall be 900 mm. There shall be laser cut opening of 800 X 600 mm of front fascia for indicating SNI. The long-life facia shall be UV stabilized polycarbonate face sheet of 4mm thickness with special adhesive and vinyl pasting from inside of polycarbonate face fixed from inside of fascia with changing arrangement from inside. The boards shall be internally & uniformly illuminated with LED lamp (modules) and all other accessories including having individual LED drivers to work on 230V AC supply complete with all internal wirings, connectors. The top cover shall be of single piece 2mm Al sheet which shall cover the entire triangle with edge bent up to 25mm on all side to prevent ingress of water and shall be openable for maintenance of board. The board shall be in grey colour or any other colour as decided by EIC. Note: The signage matter will be provided by AAI.

Supply of WGS 84 (World Geodetic System) board of size 1220mm x 800 mm to indicate WGS coordinates at aircraft parking stand fabricated with central split type opening for easy maintenance made of reinforced 2mm thick anodized aluminum profile with suitable support. The rear panel shall be made of 1.2 mm with ready to install fitting for mounting on pole or façade. The long-life facia is UV stabilized polycarbonate face of 4mm thickness with special adhesive and vinyl pasting from inside of polycarbonate face. The board shall have hinged front face to allow easy access for maintenance. Light distributionshall be made even provided with LED array. The boards shall be internally uniformly illuminated with LED lamp(modules) and all other accessories including having individual LED drivers to work on 230V AC supply complete with all internal wirings, connectors. The board shall be in grey colour or any other colour as decided by EIC. Note: The signage matter will be provided by AAI.

Supply and erection of 7 Mtr height Stepped MS Pole fabricated from MS Pipes of sizes 200mm dia x 5 mm thick upto 2 Mtrs from Bottom, 140 mm dia x 5 mm thick from 2 Mtr to 7 Mtr with 1 Mtr inside overlap in the 200 mm dia pipe with Stepped Flange including providing suitable sized base plate for erection, providing civil foundation of minimum size 1000mm (L) x 1000 mm (B) x 1000mm (Height) with re-inforced cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 including excavation work and supply & fixing of suitable sized J-Bolts in the foundation for erection of pole, providing G.I Nuts/washers etc. complete as required. The Pole shall be PU painted in desired grey color or any other colour approved by EIC.

Installation of SNI & WGS 84 Boards (under S.No.1 &2 above) on the existing MS pole of 7mtr height with necessary fabrication of MS flat/angles/pipes of suitable sizes with GI coating, GI nuts & bolts etc. complete as required as per site condition.

Providing and erecting MS barricade using MS 'C' Channel of size 150 x 75 x 5.7mm thick around MS Mounting pole /electrical installation with required riveting, welding, anchor fastening on the floor including providing primer coat and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour etc. complete as required. (Note: The Qty is in Running Meter)

Supply of 3Core x 6sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured (flexible armouring with GI wire braided) flexible bare copper conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098(Part -1/1988) with upto date ammendments.

Supply and laying of 40 mm dia Class 'B' GI pipe ( i/c GI coupling ) in the apron shoulder including demolishing bituminous/concrete surface and providing 1:2:4 concrete in the groove with required manpower and tools etc. as required.

Supply and laying of 6 SWG GI wire along with cable including providing lugs for termination, etc complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/DWC HDPE pipe etc. as required. Upto 35 sq.mm

SITC of Operational area Sign Boards

Supply of internally illuminated operational area Guidance Signage Boards as per ICAO Annexe -14 Aerodromes Vol. I latest amendments, with suitable wattage for operating with LEDs of luminous intensity, life, THD etc. as per specifications, ensuring heat dissipation, uniform distribution of light illuminated by a single driver by using isolating transformer of suitable rating, suitable to operate on Runway/ Taxiway circuits of current varying from 2.8 to 6.6 Amps, having uniform brightness across the entire range of current, including providing required number of aluminium pipe supports (Each leg supports of minimum height 1mtr.), base plates, breakable couplings, secondary leads etc. as required.

ITC of Illuminated Guidance Signage Boards at operational area of airport, above the existing concrete pedestal using required number of mounting bolts/nuts/washers including connecting with the series circuits of runway/taxiway etc. as required.

Making concrete platform in ground by excavating soil for installation of Operational area signages by providing a base concrete of ratio 1:3:6 ( 1cement : 3 :coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) for 100mm thick and cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) for 200mm thick, including plastering the outer surface for ratio1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including form work etc as required.
