Construction of Community Sanitary Complex at AD Street in Kothangudi Panchayat of Thiruvidaimarudur Block.

EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc.,including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Upto 0.30 m depth

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm x and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x '3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification.

For Centering above GL

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing, finishing and cost & conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Special Ceiling Plastering surfaces of RCC items such as slabs, beams, sunshades with cement mortar 1:3 mix using 10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades staircase ,steps, lands slabs etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of Doors, Windows & ventilators as mentioned in the departmental specification including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete.

Toilet Door (D3) - 0.75 m x 1.80 m

Steel Door (D1 & D2) - 1.10 m x 2.10 m

RCC Jolly - 0.45 m x 0.45 m

White Washing two coats of apprved color two coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete.

Colour washing two coats using approved colour pigments including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint inculding cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc.,complete

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thick with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm Hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trowel, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
