Transportation of Railway materials through 09 Ton or 16 Ton and 24 Ton capacity lorry for various places of Indian Railways as per scope of work & terms and conditions of Tender document for 12 months at Diesel Loco shed,Erode

I/We also hereby agree to abide by the Indian Railways Standard General Conditions of Contract, with all correction slips up to date and to carry out the work according to the special conditions of contract and specifications annexed for the present contract.

I/we have read the various conditions attached/referred to in this tender document, and agree to abide by the said conditions.

Until a formal agreement is prepared and executed, acceptance of this tender shall constitute a binding contract between us subject to modifications as maybe mutually agreed to between us and indicated in the letter of acceptance of my/our offer for this work.

A copy of certificate stating that they are not liable to be disqualified and all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Non submission of a copy of certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

It is desirable that tenderer shall own at least two Lorries (9) Tonne (or) 16 Tonne (or) 24 ton) in their name. I.e. Firm or Partner or Director or Proprietor (Copies of registration certificate to be attached) with National Permit. Without the documentary evidence the offer will be passed over.

For the tenders, it has been decided to adopt the certificate based system of credential verification. Standard format of the certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-V in the tender document. Non submission of Annexure-V by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.
