S&F LED Post Top with a system lumen output of 1625 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 70 lm/W. The luminaire should have a color temperature of 3000K to 5700K and CRI > 70. Factory made junction box/ cut-out box Water proof, made with 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet, vermin proof, dust proof, for outdoor use, having internal dimensions 280x170x130, painted externally & and internally, front openable, suitable for pole mounting, having one No MCB of 6 Amps, Single Pole, including aluminium bus bars of 200 Amps rating duly drilled holes for connections, cable glands, clamps etc for making necessary connections, including mild steel iron flat size 25x4mm having holes, nuts, bolts, washers, for fixing on poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, in any type of soil, for foundations/ laying of cables/pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and exceeding 1.50mtr but not exceeding 3.0mtrs in depth, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, in any type of soil, for laying electric cables or foundation of poles/ stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

NOTE :- (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long GI wire of size 4 mm dia with protection pipe of 15mm dia GI medium grade, any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates reduced by (-40)%. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost.

Replacement of old damaged, PCC poles with new steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, type-410, SP-31 (9.00 meters long), including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer after preparing the exposed surface and two coats of bitumiunous paint on embedded surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and concrete in foundation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Plain cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in coping of poles including necessary form work, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50 (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in or as mass concrete in foundation of poles/ stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-10 (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in or as mass concrete in foundation of poles/ stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged Mild steel in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged battery with new storage cell lead acid type, rechargeable lead, environmental friendly, long life, 12 Volts, 150 AH with higher efficiency >90% and WH efiiciency > 80% float vent plug for electrolyte level indicator covered HDPE material caps, C10 rated solar battery, including lead terminals and copper thimble for making necessary connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged loop type with new loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, with overall dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm, for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged stay assembly with new stay assembly, galvanised iron, complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1, diameter of stay rod 20mm dia, including galvanised iron stay plate 300x300x6mm, galvanised iron thimble, 14mm dia 400mm long stay bow and galvanised iron nuts bolts, washers including loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, large size, with overall dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16.0mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule ‘A’/ BOQ.
