M&L for complete removing existing wall finishes any type by vigorously wire brushing brooming, dusting & finally washing with water to clear the cracks absolutely free from any kind of existing finishes & foreign materials, making good minor surface imperfections such as holes, dents cracks etc and applying wall care putty 1 to 2mm thick and making surface absolutely smooth applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint white or tinted as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for oblitering of old writting letters or figures (block,Roman,Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm height for writting Bldg Nos,Block Nos and Quarter Nos etc. and rewritting with synthetic enamel paint to match with existing letters and rewriting the letters upto four story complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down plaster from edges of RCC chajja or corners of coloumns where steel reinforcement coming outs and filling with 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:3 ) after applying Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer to match with the existing shade/colour of buildings complete all as specified and as directed.
