To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor to an extent of Rs.21.18 lakh in at least one similar nature of work., in any one of the last 5 years, i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 in any of the Government / Public undertaking. Order copies/ certificates issued from the cadre not less than the rank of Executive Engineer should be scanned and uploaded.
The bidder should have valid PWD registration until the date of completion of work, if the work is awarded.
The Bidder should submit the ESI registration certificate issued from the competent authority
The Bidder should submit the EPF registration certificate issued from the competent authority.
To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.42.37 lakh, in at least two financial years in the last 5 years, i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. Audited financial statement for the said five years duly signed by the Charted Accountant (with UDIN) should be uploaded.
The Bidder should submit valid GST registration Certificate
The Bidder should submit valid IT PAN card & Latest Indian Income Tax return verification form.

We agree to keep this Bid valid for a period of 180 days from the date of the opening of technical bid and may be extended as per the request of KPTCL and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before expiration of that period. We have paid EMD through e-payment. Until a formal contract is prepared & executed, this Bid together with your written acceptance there of in your notification of Award shall constitute a binding contract between us.
