Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2x6 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area (two single core cable of 6 Sqmm for Phase and neutral + o1 single core cable of 6.0 Sqmm for earth wire), 1100 Volts grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 6.0 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated, copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade with all conduit accessories / fittings, brass screws, washers etc and connected to common earth dully including all cutting / chases etc in wall, making good to walls etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing and taking down the old unserviceable submain wiring of ant type complete all as specified & directed. Note - One meter of conduit along with 2x6.0 Sqmm wire and one 6.0 sqmm earth wire shall be measured as one length). complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure double door, single pole and neutral, AC, 240 volts, 8 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 43 protection with metal double door and flush to wall including all cutting / chases on wall and making good including two coats of white/colour washing/distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces and taking down the old distribution board of any type complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Vertical Loadline sheet metal enclosure double door, Triple pole and neutral (TP&N vertical loadline) AC, 415 volts, 04 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 43 & IK 09 protection, with the inbuilt provison for fixing of 1 No MCCB of XT1160 frame suitable upto 160 Amp and 12 Nos MCB'S inside of DB, including 100 Amps ,18 KA 4 pole MCCB with metal door and flush to wall including grouting and cutting in existing wall and making good disturbed surface with two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing one complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, SP, AC, 240 volts "B" series capacity of 06 to 32 Amps, 10kA and making connections complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down unsv cable of any type/size and S&F (in repair) , laying commissioning, testing of XLPE under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core armoured, PVC sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty laid in trenches, fixing on wall, under road crossing through protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed river dry sand cushioning in trenches 80mm thick before laying the cable and 150mm thick after laying the cable including spreading levelling andhard punning complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for contineous brick edging with width equal to the depth of the brick of whole sub class 'B' bricks laid on edge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED security light fitting 1x45 Watt luminaries with die cast aluminium housing IP-66 comprising epoxy powder coated enclosed with glass coverembedded lens in frame with high power LED white lamp type of capacity 45 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level steel earth plate connected with GI wire 04mm dia by means of lug, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No.5 of SSR part I connecting to main switch board / Main DB’s including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS Bars 6mm dia at the rate of 150mm center to center both way with suitable lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 , Angle iron 40x40x5mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
