Construction of Kitched shed Type-1 in Pancharai PUES at Pancharai Panchayat

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depth except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting if required for the sides of foundation.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with good sand in layers not more 15 cm thick including ramming, watering and compacting etc.complete complying to standard specification

Refilling with excavated earth in basement in layers not more 30 cm thick including ramming, watering and compacting etc.complete complying to standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundaion including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick. Compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers etc, complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 Cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS Steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and blinding wire all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers Lintels, Staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc.)

Rainforcement Cement Concrete 1:1/2;3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but icluding curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams, etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Weathering course in lime concrete using brick jelly 20 mm size including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc complete

Terrace flooring with one course of pressed tiles size of 20 x 20 x 2cm using CM1:3 mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointed with cement mortor 1:3 etc., complete

Paving the floor with scrach proof Design ceramic tiles of any colour and 305x305x6mm size laid in CM 1:3, 20 mm thickand pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/Sq m mixed with colouring pigments to suit colour of the tiles including finishing etc., complete

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick for R.C.C. Items including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Distempering two coat with priming coat and two coat with OIL BOUND Distemper over Cement plastered surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning preparing the surface etc, complete.

Painting Two coat approved Emulison paint over the plastered surface including cost and all other charges etc.,

Painting TWO coats of new iron works such as steel doors, windows,ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cost and Supply of steel doors and windows of Specified Gauge and thicness as Directed by the departmental offcers, including all labour charges and fabrication charges etc, complete.
