Boring of 30 cm dia piles of single under reamed of 50cm dia of bulb and 3.5 meter depth in black cotton soil with hand operated auger machine including all laboure T&P etc for proper completion of work as per IS coad -2911 but for 30 cm dia piles.(New Item 2)

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. (3/4'') gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 in piles and footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I wire.and including necessary cantering and suttering etc and also including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost.

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in superstructure including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

12mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less then 10mm with 1part of cement and 2 part of find send of 1.25 fineness moudles but with cement and fine sand fo fineness modulus mortar in 1.5 SI No 584

C.C. work in1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand, 20mm stone grit

Painting or Vernishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat (up to one Sq. meter) of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the ISI no. 103-1950.
