M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface ceilings, in cement mortar 1:3 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement including Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of old decorated brick /concrete, plastered /un-plastered surfaces of ceilings, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, oil, greasy spots , rubbing with sand paper and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises ,completle all as specified and directed by by Engr-in-charge.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick(square/rectangular joint free) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles joint free in vertical surfaces of size 300 x 450 mm x 7mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick /concrete surfaces ,completle all as specified and directed by by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick(square/rectangular joint free) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick in CM 1:6, ,completle all as specified and directed by by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marbles complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts of dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt), all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
