M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth using extra cement .

S&F for Glass dividing strips, 3mm thick and width of strip 38mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified light shade polished ceramic tiles,area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick black Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs,pillars, window-cills, cooking plat-forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1: 6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge such as in steps cooking platform and other similer shine complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 200x300x6mm thick wall tiles set and jointed in neat cement and in white/coloured cement to match with the colour of tile over 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 as in skirting / dados etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick works in cm 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
