(a) High conductivity aluminium busbar (Set of 4 strips), 4 Nos TPN of suitable for 400 Amps rating ,(RYB) for phase and 1 No for neutral mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve-1 Set.

(b) Phase indication lamp, LED type (set of 3) -1 Set

(c) Ammeter anolog type having measuring range (0-500) Amps with CTs etc including rotary switch to measure load of each phase.

(d) Volt meter having measuring range (0-500) volt with rotary switch to measure voltage of phase R.Y.B.

(e) Grouting of panel including earth work as required PCC (1:3:6) type D-2 using 20 mm gradeded stone & plastering with (1:4) cement sand etc complete all as specified and directed.

(f) Incoming : MCCB 4 Pole 250 Amp 415 volt thermal adjustable, type with 36 KA breaking capacity & spreader both side as Incomming cotrol device : 01 Nos.

(g) Outgoing: MCCB 4 Pole 125 Amp 415 volt thermal adjustable, type with 16 KA breaking capacity & spreader both side as outgoin cotrol device : 02 Nos.

(h) MCCB 4 Pole 63 Amp 415 volt thermal adjustable, type with 16 KA breaking capacity & spreader both side as outgoin cotrol device : 02 Nos.

Supply, fixing ( in replacement ), connecting to electrical system & testing of Busbar panel board, cubical type for out door use, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet factory made, totally enclosed of size not less that 900x600x500mm and supported with 4 Nos MS Angle legs, duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint over one coat of red oxide primer effectively PVC gaket and sealed mounted on PCC blocks double door type with locking arragnedment with handle at front and openable at front &back bothe side with required hinges heavy duty, compartemtalised suitably including provision for tapping incoming & outgoing electric connections with suitable size of aluminium lugs glands and comprising of the following accessories :- (a) High conductivity aluminium busbar (Set of 4 strips), 4 Nos TPN of 300 amps rating (RYB) for phase and 1 No for neutral mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve-1 Set. (b) Phase indication lamp, LED type(set of 3) -1 Set. (c) Ammeter anolog type having measuring range (0-300) Amps with CTs etc including rotary switch to measure load of each phase. (d) Replacement of volt meter having measuring range (0-500) volt with rotary switch to measure voltage of phase R.Y.B. (e) Grouting of panel including earth work as required PCC (1:3:6) type D-2 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate & plastering with (1:4) cement sand etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & testing of LT distribution panel board (in replacement), made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet of size not less than 600x450x200mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer wall mounted/semi-grouted in wall with locking arrangement, double door type, compartmentalised and provision for tapping incoming & outgoing electric connections with suitable size of lugs, glands, one MCCB will be mounted on proper din railes and comprising of the followings :- (a) Aluminium busbar chamber TPN of 200 amps rating (set of 4 strips). (b) Phase indication lamp-set of 3. (c) MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 100 amps rating, 25 KA breaking capacity - 01 No (Incomming). (d) MCB TPN 63 A -2 No and MCB SPN 32 A -3Nos as out going cotrol.

S&F in replacement of following items in the existing out door/ indoor LT panels and connection with using aluminum lugs/ferruls incl disconnection & connection of cable and making necessary alteration in panel/door using welding wk and cutting as required for proper fixing & connection complete all as specified and directed as below :-

(a) MCCB 4 pole 125 amps rating, 16 KA breaking capacity with spreader at both side.

(b) MCCB 4 pole 150/160 amps rating, 36 KA breaking capacity with spreader at both side.

(c) MCCB 4 pole 200 amps rating, 36 KA breaking capacity with spreader at both side.

(d) MCCB 4 pole 250 amps rating, 36 KA breaking capacity with spreader at both side.

(e) MCCB 4 Pole 100 amps rating, 16 KA breaking capacity, 415 Volt.

(f) MCB TPN 100 amps, 'C' series, 415 volt.

(j) CTs of existing ratio and capacity fixed in LT panels and connect with ammeter.

(k) Microprocessor based MCCB 4pole 250 amps rating, 36 KA breaking capacity with spreader at both side.

(l) Microprocessor based MCCB 400 amps rating, 36 KA breaking capacity with spreader at both side.

(m) Indicator lamp, LED type incl 1.5 sqmm wire for connection to desired point of bus bar.

(n) MCB TPN 100 amps, 'C' series, 415 volt.

Excavation in trenches not exceding 1.5m wide and noe exceding 1.0 sqm on plan and not exceding 1.5m depth and getting out soft soil complete all as specified and directed

Returing filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceding 25 cm as in soil complete all as specified and dirceted

Removing excavated material not exceding 50 m and deposting where directed at a level not exceding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying sand dry as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness all complete as specified and directed (Note - Only punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose)

Supply and laying bricks (old size) for cable protection by using common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class 'B' of size 230x11.5x7.5 cm having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/sqcm, laid dry flat across length of the cable with width of the trenches equal to length of bricks, all as specified and directed

Supply and Laying in trenches for road/plinth and fixing alongwith pole/wall GI Tube 80 mm light grade for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Laying in trenches for road/plinth and fixing alongwith pole/wall GI Tube 50 mm light grade for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Laying in trenches for road/plinth and fixing alongwith pole/wall GI Tube 40 mm light grade for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed

M&L for boring holes (manually) under road, hard standing without damaging surface for 80/50/40 mm dia GI pipe etc complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground.(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to galvanised strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and earth wire protected by provision of GI pipe light grade,40mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 KG/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 X 25 X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exeeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection complete all as specified and testing on completion.

M&L for heavy duty air circulator pedestal fan 24 inch (size 600mm), speed 1440 RPM, 180 watt, No of 3 blades metal body one year warranty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F wall mounted fan 400mm sweep, 230 volts, 50Hz 1420 RPM with 90 degree oscillation and having speed control by two pull cord system complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing flexible copper cable 3 core, PVC insulated of 2.5 sqmm, 30m in length and connected with 15 Amp suitch, socket combination alongwith PVC Box & Plug Top including making connections, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
