Cleaning of drain pipe (SGSW/hume pipe) upto 150 mm dia by rodding from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning the same all as directed and including disposing off the deposited sludge inside pipes from manholes to a distance n. exc. 200 mtr burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavating of pits and returning filling in sprinkling of bleaching powder and dressing of surplus soil around slope if any complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning and removing all debris/vegetation from roof surfaces of any height and cleaning the mouth of rain water pipe and removal of material outside MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up deposited silt / earth from existing brick drain and culverts to clean the water ways and removing to a distance not exc. 50 m complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of RCC roof tank of capacity more than 25000 ltrs by taking down existing inlet and outlet pipes and cleaning, rubbing down and removing all scales and dirt, mud and any other foreign materials etc from inside complete incl writing letter on RCC tank as TANK CLEANED ON ____ (Dt, Month and year) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50mm thik precast RCPC cover slab of 2MT load bearing capacity with embosing RCPC 2MT set in collers complete all as specified and as directed including taking out old one.

Scrapping worn out tarfelt and bituminous compound of water proofing treatment over RCC roof by using wire brush and blow lamps including dismantling cracked/broken PCC (if required sweeping, cleaning washing down to remove dust etc and removing rubbish debris etc to a distance n.exc 50 m from the site (s) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L water proofing treatment on cleaned RCC roof comprising with the following operation and as specified here-in-below :- (a) 20 mm thick (av. mimimum thickness) plastering in cement mortar 1:3 with integral WPC, finishing the plastered surfaces even and smooth over cleaned RCC roof. The plastered surface shall be cured properly for ten days by ponding of water over roof. (b) Applying bitumen primer over the plastered surface @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25°C, 0.87 to 0.89 kg / Liter and viscosity 70-160 cps. (c) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt make as approved over the primer coat. Membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc all as per Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part I. (d) Applying one coat of Aluminium paint @ 0.1 ltr per Sqm over APP based polymetric membrane complete all as per manufacturer's instruction.

Taking down loose/damaged concrete and cement plaster of any description from columns, facias, fins, chajjas, beams, walls, roof slabs and similar items etc. by hammering wooden mallets carefully, chipping of old concrete surfaces including cutting of corroded reinforcement as required with necessary scaffolding and protection upto any floor and removal of debris to a distance n exc. 100 m from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with plasticiser(Conplast SP-337) as per manufacturer's instruction as in lintels, beams, columns, chajja etc. with necessary scaffolding and protection as required at site up to 4th story complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on internal/external brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in two coats, first coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 and final coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with & including WPC @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions for final coat, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed upto 4th storey.
