| 1.03RFID : Each PV module must use a RF identification tag mandatorily placed inside the module laminate, which must contain the following information: (i) Name of the manufacturer of PV Module (ii) Name of the Manufacturer of Solar cells (iii) Month and year of the manufacture(separately for solar cells and module) (iv) Country of origin (separately for solar cells and module) (v) I-V curve for the module (vi) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module (vii) Unique Serial No and Model No of the module (viii)Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate (ix) Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate (x) Other relevant information on traceability of module as per ISO 9000 series. | |||||
| 1.04Solar PV module GI frame work and Dead Weight : Ballast type modular mounting structure, fabricated from pre coated mild Steel / hot dipped Galvanized Iron section for solar Tree Leaf Structure-01 Nos (Each 10 KW Solar Tree with 4 Branches with 4 leafs). Solar Structure shall be Non-corrosive & electrolytically, Anodise weather proof & dust proof as per Structural deign data complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- (a). Module mounting structure may require to be customized with respect to the site availability. (b)The contractor shall submit structural design on Stad- Pro based on Wind load of 200 kmph on the surface of the panel, live load and dead load of structure with solar panel & seismic zone III . Any deflection to the mounting structure shall be as per IS 800:2007 (c) Minimum thickness of galvanization should be at least 600 gsm. Test certificate of galvanization shall be submitted by contractor. | |||||

| 1.09RF based Anteena for wireless Communication: Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Programming of Omni or Bi Directional Parabolic antenna with control station to generate strong directional effect with WLAN network support having mast mounting arrangment. Control station should operate on license free frequency with necessary hardware at a suitable location to be connected to the central scada server so as to establish connectivity with every station of the network after conducting a frequency survey of the entire area of interest and identify suitable locations to mount the station hardware and the height of the antennas to establish clear line of sight either directly or by multi hop so as to be able to send data Antenna type:- Omni or Bi Directional Parabolic antenna Frequency Range-2402-2472MHz Or 5150-5970MHz as requirement. Peak Gain:-17dBi or 25 dBi as per site requirement. Degree of protection:- IP55 Note:-1) Rate quoted is deemed to be included for making arrangemets of accessories such as mounting bracket and mast clips. 2) The Programming, Testing & Commissioning of Wireless Antenna, e.g. Building wireless network etc. shall be carried out by certified SCADA & Automation Integrator. The programmer shall submit a letter from the Integrator as proof of his being as a authorized repersentative of Integrator. The programmer shall also submit a signed report on original letterhead of the Integrator that programming, testing & commissioning has been carried out by him. 3) Number of Antenna should be as per site requirement and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. | |||||
