Railway reserves the right to procure the material only from OEM or their authorized dealers, who must have manufactured & supplied at least 01 no. of same/similar machines in last 05 completed financial years and up to the date of tender opening in Indian Railway or any other Govt. organization. The list of past supplies made in 5 years of the same/similar machine asked for shall be attached along with the offer specifying purchaser's name and address, phone no. and email of contact person, purchase order number and date, quantity supplied, date of supply and commissioning. Copy of such purchase order(s) mentioned in the list of past supplies indicating the parameter/specification shall also be attached with the offer to establish equivalence/similarity aspect of machine. The purchase order(s) to be attached with their completion certificate/inspection certificate/Receipt-Note etc. for establishing the credential. Onus of attaching these vital documents lies with the tenderer. Non submission of these vital documents will be taken as not having any such past performance

Authorized dealer of OEM must upload tender specific authorization from OEM along with their offer, otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference.

Definition of similar item is: - Platform truck/trolley (battery operated) of capacity 2 Ton of same or higher capacity.

OEM/authorized dealers are requested to intimate MAKE or BRAND and MODEL NO. of their offered product and must upload detailed technical literature/leaflet and tentative GA drawing of the offered Platform truck 3 wheeler (battery operated) capacity 2 Ton otherwise, their offer shall be liable to be ignored

The procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item and participates in the tender it does so at their own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. Requirement of a vendor to be a Class-I local supplier for the this item, shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying eligibility criteria/conditions

[i] Have you attached the past performance credentials with your offer? [ii] Have you mentioned the complete address of the work premises of the OEM where Third Party Inspection (TPI) inspection will be carried out before dispatch of the material?

Railway reserves the right to cancel the PO/LOA and recover the amount 5% of the value of unsupplied quantity, as general damages, from this contract or any other contract of the firm; in case of failure of firm, in execution of contract.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
