PROVN OF HIGH MAST LIGHT AT AF STN PANAGARH UNDER GE (AF) PANAGARH

Supply, Install, testing & commissioning of 20 Mtr high mast lighting system including all accessories. The Mast shaft shall be in two sections with 20 sided polygon cross section (top 166 mm & bottom 410 mm bore min) and sheet thickness 3mm for top & 4mm for bottom (min), hot dip galvanised (confirming to IS 4270) and suitable for wind velocity of 180 km/Hr as per IS 875 part 3. It shall also include accessories for high mast including one side head frame rectangular shape, suitable for dispersal area lightning, integral motor, connector, manual handle, lightining finial, construction, double drum winch with 5 Nos stainless steel wire rope system of min 6 mm dia, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 12 Nos 500 Watt luminaries asymmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral Power Tool 1.5HP installed inside the base compartment for its motorised operation as well as manual operation complete all as specified and directed. Note: The tenderer's attention is invited that the attached foundation detail is indicating the min dimension. However, if the size of foundation as per OEM is more than the specified, no extra payment shall be admissible, but the constitution of foundation shall be carried out as per the OEM provided foundation. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the following :- a. Design and construction of suitable RCC foundation with M-30 grade concrete considering SBC of soil @ 10 t/sqm and foundation design as per OEM recommendation including all TMT bar, formwork and plaster with 15 mm in CM(1:4) on above grounded portion. The tendtative section of Foundation is attached. The dimension of foundation shall not be less than attached section. The above grounded potion shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over suitable primer. b. S & F for suitable foundation bolts (size not less than M30 X 1200 mm) manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washer, anchor plate and templates. In case anchaorage plate is used, the size & dia of bolt may be as per OEM. c.S & F for 02 No. LED type single dome aviation obstruction light -02 no and including all connected wiring complete. d.Provision of suitable lighting finial at the top of the pole.

S & F LED floodlight 500 W - 12 Nos (Each) including all accessories and silicon filled ported driver, IP66 protection, driver must have BIS registered.( This shall be paid separately) f. Trailing cable of size 6.0 sqmm 5 core as per IS 9968/P-1:1988 EPR coated, PCP Sheathed Copper Conductor- suitable length as per OEM instructions. g. Pipe earthing with 40mm dia GI pipe & 3.0 mtr long The connections shall be made with 25X5mm GI strip ( 2 nos. earthing per mast is required - one or the mast & other for the electrical ). h. Provn of control panel housing 63 A TPN MCB incomer, double dial timer contactor circuit for the automatic control of luminaries, outgoing terminals and control circuit for the power tool motor. S & F 400 W LED based Flood light, housing made up of pressure die cast aluminium Alloy with heat resistance toughened glass and high power LEDs including secondary lenses with IP66 protection having effective thermal management and sturdiness complete all as specified and included. Specification: (i) The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy of 120 lumen/ Watt and a minimum system lumen output of 30000 lumens and minimum system wattage of 400 Watts. (ii) The LEDs used shall be 50000 Hrs Ingress Protection of IP66 and Mechanical Impact Resistance Rating of IK ≥07. (iii) The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 120-270 V, In - built surge protection of ≥4KV, PF ≥0.95 and THD≤10% at full load. (iv) The luminaries shall have 10 KV SPD bolted inside the luminaire. (v) The luminaire driver & SPD shall be of the same make / manufacturer as that of LED luminaires. Design, Fabrication, Testing & Commissioning of Varmin dust proof LT Panel outdoor type of suitable of size (1000mm x 800mm x400mm) made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, Type tested conforming to IEC 61439, powder coated , rear and front operated door with locking arrangement , suitable aluminium busbar (300 Amp) and fixed on angle iron base suitable for pedastal mounting of size 50x50x6 mm at least 2 feet above GL to accomodating the following :- INCOMING :- (a) MCCB 125 Amps, 4 pole, 25 KA - 01(in coming) OUTGOING :- (b) MCCB 32 Amps, 4 pole, 16KA - 04 Nos (out going) (c)Digital Multi-functional Meters for measuring current, voltage and frequency,Power including CTs of suitable rating and class Note : The rate also inclusive of all material and suitable foundation etc complete.

M&L for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm dia by means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 50 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed by Engr -in-Charge including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast cover PCC cover lab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnels , wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete shown in electrical plated No 3 and testing complete. NOTE : (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per colour code followed in AF Station. (ii) Galsvanised Iron strip 32x6 mm dia upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate.
