Note i) Routine maintenance for Four years ( 2nd to 5 year) is fixed amount, Contractor will qoute bids rate (Percentage) only for Part I i.e. Construction/ Upgradation Cost of BOQ. ii) Routine maintenance of roads is a lump sum provision for each year of maintenance only, the payment should be made for actual work done at site measured in MB by Concerned Engineer.
(1) Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per periodicity to routine maintenance mentioned in the technical specifications.
