Documentary proof for Clause No. 3.2(d) (A)(a) of ITT HPC Conductor Manufacturer such as ISO 9001/9002 certificate, P.O./LOI/LOA/DWA copies/completion certificates/ performance certificates issued by the end users not below the rank of Executive/Divisional Engineer for having experience of design, manufacturing, testing and supply of HPC conductor of same technology as stipulated in technical specification of the subject tender for a period of 5 years
Documentary proof for Clause No. 3.2(d) (A)(b) of ITT HPC Conductor Manufacturer such as P.O./LOI/LOA/DWA copies/performance certificate issued by the end users i.e., Indian Utility/Consumer not below the rank of Executive Engineer for having supplied High Performance Conductor (HPC) for 220kV or above voltage class Transmission Line(s) in the last 10 (Ten) years as on the date of Bid Submission and the same should have been in satisfactory operation for a period of at least Two years as on the date of bid submission
The documentary proof of fulfilling the qualification to bid shall be uploaded along with bid. The details of High Performance Conductor (HPC) supplied, indicating the quantity, year of supply shall be uploaded. The end user should also certify that the quality and the performance of High Performance Conductor (HPC) supplied to them were satisfactory. The Bidder/Tenderer shall upload the performance certificate of the end user
Documentary proof for Clause No. 3.2(d) (A)(c) of ITT Type Test certificates of HPC conductor as per relevant IEC standards and KPTCL specifications not older than seven (07) years as on the last date of submission of bid
Audited financial statements including Balance sheets, Profit and Loss statements, Turnover Certificate, Auditors Reports for the last five years preceding the date of bid submission of the Bidder
The Tenderer shall upload Bankers Certificate duly signed by authorized person in the prescribed format as at Annexure XVIII of Section-4 and as per the clause no.3.3 (b) of ITT (Liquid Assets and /or availability of credit facilities)
Details of Works on hand and Ongoing contractual commitments. Documentary proof for Clause No.3.6 of ITT: Assessed available tender capacity such as, Statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent or certified by Chartered Accountant /Cost Auditor and self-declaration of the Bidder as sought in Note of the said clause in the prescribed format as in clause No: 1.5 of Qualification Information
Type test reports as per tender documents / technical specifications
Documentary proof for Clause No. 3.2(d) (A)(c) of ITT: The type tests certificates of offered High Performance Conductor (HPC) as per relevant IEC standards and KPTCL specifications not older than seven (07) years as on the last date of submission of bid. The Bidder/ Tenderer shall furnish complete list of all the type tests carried out as per latest IEC and KPTCL specifications with the offer indicating reference of relevant clauses of IEC and KPTCL specifications test description / details and date of testing along with the copies of the Type test reports
Undertaking 1 stating that, in the event of an Award, Bidder will procure Proposed HPC Conductor from the manufacturers who meet the stipulated requirements and details of manufacturers for HPC Conductor
Undertaking 2: Legally enforceable Deed of Undertaking on Rs.500/- Stamp Paper by Bidder and HPC manufacturer
Undertaking-3 stating that in the event of order, Bidder/Tenderer will conduct and submit the type test reports for offered High Performance Conductor (HPC) at his cost, at the test houses mentioned at 3.2(d) (A)(c) of ITT before commencing the deliveries without affecting the delivery schedule
Documentary proof for Clause no. 3.2(d) (A)(d) of ITT such as Calculation for the Ampacity for HPC Conductor along with supporting calculations for AC resistance as indicated in clause 1.2 and 1.3 of Technical specification for HPC conductor, GTP of HPC Conductor as per the format specified in Technical specification and Sag Tension calculations at various conditions mentioned in clause no.1.4 of Technical specification for HPC Conductor
Valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License of the Bidder issued by the Govt. of Karnataka as per 2.3 of ITT
Certificate of Incorporation of the Individual or any relevant document in respect of Partnership /Proprietorship firms as per the tender document
The bidder should have valid GST registration with GSTIN number PAN Card and ISO Certificates. Note The successful Bidder who have GST registration in other States should have GST registration in the State of Karnataka mandatorily at the time of execution of the Contract Agreement.
