Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on wall finished even and fair without using extra cement as in patches all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

All as per item No 2.00 above but 10mm thick in CM (1:3) in ceiling

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4.00 above but on ceiling.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed

M&L plastering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces on walls in two coats, first coat 10mm thick & second coat 10mm thick mixed with water proofing compound finished fair & even complete all as specified. (Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately).

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and soffits/sides of chajja/roof projection and applying two coats of acrylic paint exterior grade (100%Acrylic) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete article complete including removal of unserviceable material out side MD land all as specified.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified.

Supply only water proofing compound of approved make.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, exc 1000 ltrs but n. exc 2000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair etc and hoisting reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete/ concrete tiles of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for i.e. PCC concrete tiles padding including roof treatment with any type of membrane (APP /glass fibre /hassian base felt) etc complete and taking down the debris from roof of height n.exc. 18m and removing debris outside MD land all as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in and making good to facings of brick/concrete/stone walling where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in PCC padding / levelling coarse on roof slab, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, laid over RCC roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 10 mm thick rendering on cement concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound whilst the concrete is green , finished even & smooth without using extra cement compete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately)

Providing roof treatment as under : - (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.30 litres per sqm over cleaned and dry roof surface including parapet. (b) M&L for applying a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg per sqm over priming coat of roof. (c) Providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified polyester reinforced water proofing memberane with minimum weight of 3.5 kg/ sqm as specified. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch on application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end overlap. The APP memberane shall be fixed with termination bar and fasteners and end shall be properly sealed with sealant. (d) Providing polypropylene/polyester, non-woven geotextile fabric of 150 gsm

M&L cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 over APP membrane at roof, and cut and polished

Taking down CI soil/ waste/ vent/ pipes including all fittings like shoes bends swan necks etc of any dia all as specified and as directed. ( Inclusive of scaffolding of any hight )

S & F CI soil/ waste/ vent pipes in any length with ears 100mm bore ISI marked (sand cast) in any length with cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed

Taking down AC rain water pipe any size or pattern incl all fittings heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, including cleaning for refixing or removing to stone.

S & F PVC (SWR) 110 mm bore pipes single socketed, in any lengths with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with acess door complete all as

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any redius with acess door complete all as specified and directed.

S & F CI bends or tee( any radius ) for soil / waste pipes 100 mm bore diminshing pieces or tapers on walls complete all as specified.

S & F CI branch pieces single (equal or unequal ) ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) wirh parallel branches for 100mm bore pipe all as specified and directed

Taking out shrubs/vegetation growth from building at any height and at any location with root and applying a glyphosat pesticide or any other equivalent pesticide in a ratio of 1:50 with water on roots including taking down cement plaster not exc 0.50 sqm for each tree and making good surface by plastering the same area with 20 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface to match existing surface with necessary scaffolding and other required T&P all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning existing drainage / culverts of any depth including removing cover slabs/grill , soils , spoils , vegetation , silt etc and refixing/placing of removed cover slabs/grill including making good in cement mortar 1: 3 and removing material outside the MD land complete all as directed and specified.
