Supplying & providing on Hire basis 1 no Seperate 20 amp plug and Switch with 150X100X65mm MS/TW switch Board including necy. wiring in 3 x 2.5 sq mm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistrand copper wire (avg. Length 5 mtr) & dismantling the same after completion of the program.

Supply & fixing on hire bais Iron Truss with all necessary accessories for proper installation of speakers as per site requirements and other items as necessary.

Supplying & Providing on hire basis 415V, 3 Phase CPCB approved soundless diesel generator set for prime/standby operation with mobil incl. transportation ,one operator & appropriate size of cable upto 120 Mtrs including necessary interconnection, socketing & dismantling as directed by EIC after the program. If the DGs are not placed at site on time , pro rata rate will be reduced from bill. (For Programme and Rehearsal)

125 KVA -4 Sets .

Supply and pouring of HSD for the hired DG set incl. handing cost.(The measurement will be done after considering all technical aspect,orginal invoice & log book)

Providing on hire basis 415V,125A onload change over switch on wooden plank board or suitable angle iron frame incl. providing interconnection wiring with socketing, earthing attachment etc. and dismantling the same at the end of function.

Providing on hire basis outdoor type LT panel having Incoming 415V, 125 A TNP main switch- 02 Nos, 415V, 125A Onload change over switch- 01 No, 415V, 250A 4 Bar Bus bar chamber-01 No, outgoing 415V,63A FPMCB-02 Nos,415V,32A FPMCB-02 No, 230V 6-32A SPMCB-12 Nos, 03 Nos indicator with 6A SP MCB-03 Nos fixed on angle iron frame including necessary interconnection wiring with appropriate size Cu FRLSH wire with socketing , earthing attachment etc and dismantaling the same at the end of function.

Supply & providing on hire basis Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 2.5 to 3 mtrs long and 6/8 SWG GI wire with galvanized nut and boltss washer etc. below the ground level & dismantling the same

Charges for Installation,operation and maintenance of the above items by sufficient nos man power including all necessary accessories as required at sites before the programme.

Cost for constructing a temporary rain shed to protect electrical panels, main switches, distribution boards (DBs), changeover switches, and related equipment from rainwater. The structure will be built using bamboo and covered with either polyethylene tarpaulin or aluminum/tin, with size as required.

Transportation charge for the materials from Company's godown to Site and return back to godown after use.

Special Terms and conditions for Temporary E.I. Work - 1) Earthing should conform to IS specification. Earth Continuity wire should not be broken / Jointed. Single Earth continuity wire should be used from Earth Bus-Bar to the installation. 2) All 3ɸ Electrical Panel Should be earthed by two nos. of separate earthing and 1ɸ panel should be earthed by one no earthing. 3) MCB / Rewirable Fuse type Distrubution Board should be installed with proper Trip Current setting / fuse wires. However, MCB type DBs are preferable. 4) No Part of the Electrical Circuit in the pandal / Structure shall be within 12 inches of any decorative cloth / paper. 5) Ordinary Flexible wires should not be used. Only new PVC insulated & sheathed wires (Bearing ISI mark) or PVC insulated wires of FRLS (Fire Resistant Low Smoke) type (ISI Marked) are allowed. 6) All cable ends should be properly sockedted. 7) All joints shall be made with porceline insulated connectors. Twisted & lapped joints shall be avoided. But Joints are strictly not allowed in the dias. 8) Cables / Wires should run along outside the Dias. 9) Ceiling fan (s) / Electrical fittings must not be suspended from the ceiling of Dias. Pedestal fans are not allowed on the Dias. However, Pedestal fans may be installed outside dias, but the body of the fan must be properly earthed.

10) T/L fittings shall be of box type (Indoor commercial type). Any kind of open type fittings must be avoided. 11) Each A.C. Machine should be connected with a separate circuit and earthing should be provided by separate single earth contunuity wire from Earth Bus-bar. 12) P.A. System and Microphone shoud be earthed. 13) Sufficient quantity of Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Box should be provided. 14) If the DGs are not placed at site on time pro rata rate will be reduced from bill. 15) The guarding /security arrangement of all the hired products /installation has to be made by the successful bidder at his/their own cost and responsibility. No additional charge will be paid for any unwanted incidents like theft, damage due to natural calamities or any other reasons whatsoever. 16) During entire hiring period any fault to the hired installation shall be rectified/faulty items replaced, at the cost of agency. Suitable man power for attending and rectification/replacement of damaged items has to be provided by the agency at their own cost. Rectification time is 1 hour for the event day and upto 2hrs for other days. 17) A test certificate cum safety certificate is to be provided by the agency, duly signed by the Supervisor of the agency after completion of installation. 18) A performance guarantee of hired DG sets and AC machines has to be provided by the agency after completion.
