15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including carriage complete by MT/HL

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Sal wood

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia .63 for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : second class deodar wood 5 mm

P/F M.S grills of required pattern in frames of wooden windows

Wiring for light point fan point exhaust fan point with 1.5 sqm pvc insulated copper conductor single core cable /recessed medium class pvc conduit with modular switch modular plate suitable g.i box and earthimg the point with 1.5 sqm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor

supplying and fixing following plane type switch socket including connection5/6 amp switch including all fittings

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage complete by MT/HL

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new work Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm

Applying priming coat: 13.58.1 With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete
