Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Signage

Way finding Sign External, Way finding sign internal shall be of size approx 630X630 mm or dimension may vary as per site requirement conforming to following specification : Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Sign Panel, Single Side - illuminated, graphic will be 3 mm Acrylic sheet with 3 mm laser cut Acrylic Graphics letters (Embose Writing single side) & Back side cover with 3mm thick ACP sheet. Required colour fixed to 75mm aluminium box with black colour with sliding option made from type SOLIS SB-01 made out of Aluminium alloy 6063.0 (HE9WP) as per IS 63400 with max tensile strength 130 Mpa and BHN of 25 made from virgin aluminium use hot casting technology to produce close grained and oxide free product with internal light LED modules BS3 white LED modules, 3 chips 160 degree input power 12 V DC , 1.32 watt per module 6500 k IP65 water resistant operating temperature 4 degree to 122 degree Module operating power supply. Signage fixing on wall with Steel work in built up Flat 3mm Bar for signage fixing arrangements including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position including welding and bolting with fasteners or hanging with roof details: 25 mm dia MS powder coated (as per required colour) round pipe. Top and bottom fix with nuts bolt 15 mm * 50 mm or size as per site requirement. Rate of signage is also inclusive of wiring ( wire size 2.5 sq mm to 4.0 sq mm ) inside the board, outside the board of 1 mtr and connectors as required at site. Note: The Signage may be of either type: (i) Embose letters are used on light background. ( ii) Lights emitting from letters also on dark background. Work shall be executed as per approved drawing/specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.
