Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil within 50 mtr initial lead, 1.5 mtr initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtr depths and as per specification and direction of E.I.C.

Carriage of excavated earth by mechanical means within 5 km lead including loading and unloading with all cost conveyance T & P sundries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling in foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand, in layers including watering, with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, carriage of water, sundries T & P required for the work etc. all complete as per the specification & direction of E.I.C.

Cement concrete in prop. (1:4:8) in foundation using 4 cm size CBHG metal of quality from approved quarry washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering, curing etc. to required level including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labours, sundries and T & P such as concrete mixer, concrete vibrator required for the work etc., complete as per specification and direction of E.I.C.

First class Fly Ash brick work in cement mortar (1:4) in Foundation & Plinth with best quality bricks having crushing strength from 75 kg/cm² to 99 kg/cm², immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall be well burnt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck) includes moulding, chamfering, corbelling etc. complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7 days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

First class Fly Ash brick work in cement mortar (1:6) Superstructure with best quality bricks having crushing strength from 75 kg/cm² to 99 kg/cm², immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall be well burnt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck) includes moulding, chamfering, corbelling etc. complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7 days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. work of M25 grade with 20 mm down graded chips (C.B.) including hoisting & laying including centering & shuttering but excluding the cost of M.S. rod.

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary) coiled/bent up MS rods/Tor steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for RCC work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (Weight of binding wires will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Payment will be made on actual weight of MS rods or Tor steel liner measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate.

12mm thick C.P. in C.M. (1:4) over Brick Masonry works including closed deep chipping & slurry treatment including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work including all cost conveyance royalty & taxes etc. complete as per the direction of E.I.C.
