Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposing serviceable tiles to MES store and the rubbish/debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors, plinth protection/path/pavings etc not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (below or above ground level) and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position (other than ground floor) not otherwise specifically provided for (in chajja/roof/floor/padding etc) and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing debris outside MD landcomplete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down 20mm bore, steel tubing galvanised along with fittings or any other type of pipe complete all as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel water GI tubing and connections including cleaning and Relaying / refixing of old serviceable steel tubing in new or old position including necessary cuttings, threating and new fittings such as bends, elbows, sockets, nipples, tappers and reducers etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of flooring, etc and finished the surface fair to receive top layer screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles, Grade B II(a), 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic, coloured tiles, 300x600mm, Grade B III, 7 to 8 mm thick as in dado/vertical surface of wall/ skirting including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic, coloured tiles, 300x200mm, Grade B III, 7 to 8 mm thick as in dado/vertical surface of wall/ skirting including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layer (10mm + 5mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound at top 5mm thick layer by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

"Supply only" integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Dr FIXIT/ Fosroc/choksey)

Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns, beams, facias, slabs, chajjas & cantilevers etc, and trimming cleaning the surfaces of any thickness all as specified and directed including M & L for applying epoxy treatment for bonding old demolished concrete surfaces and application of one coat of notozinc primer to exposed reinforcement and providing 20mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement to level the surfaces etc including necessary csafolding as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing plant/Uprooting of vegetation growth including roots on wall/roof/parapet/chajja/beam/near pipes etc and applying acid treatment after removing roots for preventing regrowth and making good disturbed surfaces/area in superficial area exc 150sq.cm but n.exc 400 sq.cm and averaging depth not exceeding 10 cm filling holes etc by using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) or 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 as required and finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over roof/chajja , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for removing existing water proofing treatment in roof and disposing the same to out side of MD land/premises and roof treatment by rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instruction, applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm and providing 3 mm thick APP membrane weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 180 gm /sqm having softening point not less than 140 centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/sqm and 350 N/sqm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg /Sqm on top of membrane surface and then finished with solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC not less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of approved tint/shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additive @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including applying priming coat of exterior primer @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new/old surfaces of wall complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC not less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of approved tint/shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additive @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces of wall complete all as specified.
