REPAIR RESURFACING OF ROADS INCLUDING ROAD FURNITURE AT SOUTH SIDE NORTH SIDE OF RUNWAY AND MARRIED ACCN OMQ AND SMQ AT AF STATION SRINAGAR

Materials and Labour for preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-10 @ 5Kgs/X sqm and bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight and total mix to be laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with initial rolling using 8 to 12 tonne power roller followed by an intermediate smooth wheel pneumatic roller of 15 to 30 tonne having a tire pressure of 7 kg/sqm and the surface finshed by final rolling with 8 to 10 tonne tandem roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for premixed bituminous macadam with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) to make good the cut edges of roads etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat using VG 10 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm and putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm, complete all as specified.

Materials and Labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement and the like not exc 10cm wide with road markig paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed. (Hot thermoplast and cold solvent based marking machines used for making of roads. They are used to mark straight as well as curved lines with accurate precision to eliminate human error. Thermoplastic paint material confirming to BS specifications is used as per IS:64, all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for polythene film, black,400 micron laid in floors including lap over,with and including 100mm thick dry lean concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing road sign boards (double sided), frame made of stainless steel and high intensity riveted sign boards made of hardended ACP sheet 2mm thick POP riveted to stainless steel rectangular pipe of size 25x25mm, ACP sheet of size 900mm x 600mm), Frame supported with bolts over 60mm round 2.40 meter long stainless steel pipes (02 Nos)of 16 gauge with stainless steel bonded clamps. All stainless steel sheet parts shall be polished. Sign boards should be reflective on both sides with wide HIP sheet and overlay film of blue colour with computer cut letters, sign and border, all as specified and directed, Two boards on single frame are fixed back to back to look as one including taking down old unserviceable sign boards,complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs solar delineator (1000x47mm) is made of polycarbonate & toughened aluminium alloy body with height 145mm & dia 80mm. It comprises of 4 super bright LED's which give 360 degree viewing having solar panel of 2.5V, 120mm(approx),with 1.25 V rechargeable battery (1 No), including taking down old solar delineator and making good complete all as specified & directed. make :- 3M or Equivalent of Dark eye or Sinor infrastructure.

Supplying and fixing in repairs delineator ABS round body fitted with two Nos, 100mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 50mm dia duly powder coated, anti rust and anti theft steel net, including taking down old delineator and making good, (Model No DA-952 GP of sinor infrastructure or equivalent of 3M or Dark Eye), complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs speed breakers (750x75x250mm) made from ABS plastic material and designed so dynamically compact that it can bear maximum load on it. Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on to the speed breaker so that dust and water can not touch reflectors insided and thus it maintains its reflectivity for a long time.(Model No DA - 1006 of sinor infrastructure or equivalent of 3M or Dark Eye), complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and fixing convex mirror of 800mm dia made of PC material provided with suitable MS pipe post, duly powder coated as per site requirement. It should have clear & definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle complete all as specified & directed. (Make :- Sinor infrastructure or equivalent of 3M or Dark Eye)

Materials and Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base, complete all as specified & directed

Materials and Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape, size and pattern, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified & directed
