Preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and providing evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer viscosity of bitumen grade VG-10 @ 5.0 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 6.0% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Mixing to be carried out at Hot Mixing Plant and spreading by Mechanical paver. 2. Entire work is to be executed in Runway/Dispersal bay.

Material and Labour for painting lines, arrows, dashes, letter etc on road pavements and the like not exc 10 cm wide with hot melt thermoplast road marking paint white / yellow with glass beads complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specifically and directed .

Material and Labour for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/ Square Centimeter in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cms or less, mixed with metallic floor hardner @ 300 gms/Sqm. Note : Metallic floor hardner will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only of Metallic Floor Hardner.

Material and Labour for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade 'A'.

Material and Labour for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous fillar and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' for 150 mm thick concrete.
