The seal coat in such cases shall be considered incidental to the work and shall not be paid for separately.
(iii) Paver shall not be compulsory in case of patch work using BM.
(iv) Payment shall be made after conducting bitumen extraction test after laying every 500 units and cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. For any variation in bitumen contents the re-testing to be got done by contractor at without any extra cost.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of plastered surface/concrete surface. Kerb stone surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, and after removal prepared by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths, brooms and dry paint brush etc and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of luminous road marking paint of approved tint/colour ( one colour or alternative colour i.e black/white/golden yellow etc as directed including necessary priming coat as per manufactureres instrction complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.
