Material and labour for dismantling and taking down of existing unserviceable single fittings for repair, maintenance of street/ flood light fittings etc of LED of any wattage or make from pole/ wall etc at any height by disconnecting electrical connections and repairing by split opening the same in to the parts for fault finding and refixing at same location or as directed after necessary repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The Supply and fixing of spare parts i.e. surge arrestor, LED driver, wire, pipe etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. (ii) minor spare parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, cotton waste etc deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Inventory of all defective parts required to be replaced will be recorded in a separate register alongwith pole No & location / area and type of light fittings before replacement duly signed by JE, Engineer-In-Charge & contractor and the same shall be produced at the time of payments for verification.

Supply and fixing surge protection devices compatible with industrial & outdoor LED voltage 10 KV suitable LED fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing surge protection devices compatible with industrial & outdoor LED voltage 5 KV fixtures upto rated power of 75 W suitable for LED fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing 25 mm bore light grade with all fitting for protection of cable, laid in trenches/wall/floor including taking down existing. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Excavation ,earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting and taking out the existing unserviceable LT cable of any size, Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

Disconnecting and taking out the existing unserviceable LT cable of any size, Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

Material and labour for heat shrinkable straight through joints size 6 sqmm to 16 sqmm 4.0 core for LT PVC/XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable including jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cutting of faulty cable/joint is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of swaged steel tubular street light poles 9/11 meters height including GI pipe of street light fittings by scrapping up old corroded paint/dirt/dust/rust and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of metal primer and marking zebra crossing up to height of 1.5 m above the coping with blue and white strips of synthetic enamel paint including writing pole numbers and two coats of color washing on PCC coping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of Prestressed concrete poles and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over one coat of alkaline resistant primer including writing pole numbers and two coats of color washing on PCC coping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) complete with Cast Iron base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including dismantaling of old poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation, earth work and PCC only will be measured and paid separately, all other accessories and other works deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor.

Material and labour for stay assembly with accessories in replacement as shown in electrical plate No.1 including 20 mm dia rod, loop type insulator and stay clamps including dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly, loop insulators, stay rod and PCC etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.
