Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site ofm work as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in any surfaces (natural, concrete, masonary etc.) and of any description, any section, taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed ground surface , complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of chain link fencing of any description complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc0.5cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm thick and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m and making good surface, complete all as specified.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete of post holes, complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; Framing over fencing post with welded to each post, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixed mild steel, rolled sections(channel, angle or tee sections) fixed independently cut to ordinary length as in fencing post or struts in fencing etc. including cutting tops to shape as required , drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including flat iron fillets with nuts & bolts for securing chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing PVC coated chain link fencing of dia of wire 3 to 4 mm thick, PVC coating should be 1 to 1.5mm, size of mesh 50x50mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixed for galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with & provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for steel screw bolts, machine made, dia of neck 11 to 15mm with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel round bars 6mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (Except Bricks), straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) , complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:4), for half brick thick wall complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces or stone walls in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound using as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/mass concrete and finished the top surface even and fair complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 300x300x20-25mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles rubberised moulded with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including laid over a screed bed of 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, copings, apex stones,side of interlocking tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Vitrified out door tiles 40 cm x 40 cm x 10-12 mm thick digital design set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement over & including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:6 . (Make-H & R Johnson, Brand-Endura digital designer series or equivalent)

Preparation of old paver block/ chequered tiles foors any pattern by brooming down or steel wire brushing for removing caked mud, trading oil and greasy spots, cleaning with water etc. and applying two coats glossy Indigo floor coat emulsion paint premium series complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubberised moulded any shape & size conforming to IS- 15658 - 2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement & pigment over and including average 40 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified.
