Taking down carefully existing copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan/sockets/bell/power point) complete with all accessories such as switch with sheet, ceiling rose including rusted/broken concealed conduit, junction and sunken boxes etc and removing dismantled material and making good disturbed surface of walls/floors etc matching with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for concealed Point wiring for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch (using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding) complete with 2.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked) drawn through and including PVC conduit 20mm dia (medium duty, ISI marked) with all fittings and all accessories i.e. pipe bend, pipe hook, elbow, junction boxes etc., including Pressed steel powder coated sunken terminal box suitable for modular switch socket (Min 50mm deep and 1.6mm thick sheet, suitable size) concealed in wall, including inner and outer plates (cover plate) suitable for fixing the modular switches/ socket / regulator etc, including provn of 2.5 Sqmm single core FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including cutting chases in wall and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floors etc. by using CM (1:3) including fixing of switch/socket/regulator etc complete all as specified and as directed. (switch, socket, regulator shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only but cost of labour for fixing the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. ).

All as per Item No.2 above here in before but for One three pins 5 Amps switch socket outlet point on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm Copper incl 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly dolly complete all as specified and directed. (socket shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only but cost of labour for fixing the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. ).

(socket shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only but cost of labour for fixing the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. ).

Supply only modular switch 5/6Amps, single pole, one way (1 module) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Inner/Outer plate for fixing the switch shall be included in point wiring item of BOQ.

Supply only modular switch 5/6Amps, single pole, two way (1 module) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Inner/Outer plate for fixing the switch shall be included in point wiring item of BOQ.

Supply only modular Bell Push switch, 5Amps, single pole, one way (1 module) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Inner/Outer plate for fixing the switch shall be included in point wiring item of BOQ.
