Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall tiling including cement mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris of the premises outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Coloured, of size exceeding 0.11 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.18Sq.m, 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Somany/Kajaria/Orient Bell)

M & L for Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Coloured, of size 200 x300x 7 to 8 mm as in vertical surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 including triangular filleting on top in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Somany/Kajaria/Orient Bell)

Taking up or down 15 mm bore kitec tubing and connections, & removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm bore GI tubes, medium grade, galvanised , with all fitting & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and as directed

Fixing only 20mm bore GI tubing of size 'medium grade' with and including S&F new all fittings such as bends, socket, tees, elbows, unions, barrel, nipple, plugs, etc laid in floors /ceiling and including clips, wall hooks etc, complete all as specified and directed (Note: Old GI pipes as obtained from taking down shall be used under this item)
