Supply, Fixing, testing, and commissioning Digital water level indicator including with complete conrol panel (digital size 100mm) with five stage Magnetic level sensing probe unit made of stainless steel (SS-304) of minimum 16 mm dia probe stem customized to depth of the tank and sensors epoxy sealed in the probe stem actuated by float that moves on the probe stem with the level of water in the tank and reading shown in LED digital panel including connection from probe unit to panel and panel to DB with copper conductor cable of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions drawn through & including 20 mm dia PVC rigid conduit (heavy duty, ISI marked) fixed along RCC pillar/wall surface including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw terminal etc. Level indicator should be complete with alarm on low and high level (both visual and Audio) along with by pass facility for audio alarm complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : (a) Payment shall be made as per actual weight of DI fitting. (b) Make of DI fitting shall be same as of DI pipe or as recommended by manufacterur of pipe.
Material and labour for DI pipe cutting upto 200 mm dia for reducing to required length for insertion of new branches, tees, collar, tail pieces etc in position complete all as specified. Note : 1. Excavation ,earth works and fittings required for job are deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the Tenderer. 2 CI/DI fitting to be measured and paid seperatly
Supply and fixing Street light Nature Switch single phase for automatic switching of street lights/ Aviation light based on LUX level of natural light the sensor nature switch along with suitable power contractors and MCBs (Input-output should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FRLSH grade SMC junction box (sintex or equivalent make) conforming to IP 54. the contactor MCBs and copper circuit wiring (min 4 sqmm) should enough to take single phase contactor rating 25 Amp including making all conections all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge Model : Swadeep 02EC 3kW1P sinlge phase 25 Amp or Equivalent make as approved by GE.
Material and labour for Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber size 105 X105 X105 cm (internal dimension) using sub class 'B' bricks complete including excavation & earth work, returning fillig and disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed, PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, coping on top in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, brick work in cement mortar (1:4), inner plaster 12 mm thick in cm (1:4) finished even and smooth and pionting flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar, MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick mounted on angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x 6mm with handle and locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and embeded portion of MS work duly applying black bitumenous paint before embeded complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drawings.

Sch 'A' Sec - VI (Part-II), (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, LIGHTENING PROTECTION AND AVIATION OBSTRUCTION LIGHT WORKS)
Supply and fixing Aviation obstruction light fitting, twin type, comprising of aluminium alloy housing with polycarbonate enclosure and accessories complete with LEDs to be fixed on the OHR with suitable fixing accessories as shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for Sub main wiring for connection to aviation light from DB to top of OHR /any other light fittings elsewhere with 2x 1.5 Sqmm+1x1.5sqmm earth wire single core FRLSH grade PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100V grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including 20mm dia PVC rigid conduit (heavy duty, ISI marked) fixed along RCC pillar/wall surfaces including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-Two runs of copper conductor and one run of PVC conduit including accessories shall be measured and paid as one unit.
Supply and fixing Factory made sheet metal enclosure SPN, 04 Way with 200 Amp rated bus bar 230/240V complete all as specified and as directed.
Sand cushioning, with dry and clean local tibba sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- (i) Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose (ii) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used.)
Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for Earthing for lightening protection etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

(Notes 1. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for all the above provisions. 2. Material and labour for Brackets made out of GI tubing light grade 25mm dia, 1.5 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom, including two Nos clamps made out of MS Flat iron size 50x3 mm for fixing of bracket on wall/pillar of OHT with suitable nuts and bolts including painting to MS clamp and nut bolts with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling of sluice valve of existing size complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable PVC sheathed 1.5 sq.mm flat or circular twin crore with & including PVC heavy duty conduit of size clamps for connection of street light fitting from Nature switch/DB complete all as specified and directed.
Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as directed (Shape and size as directed by Engineer-in-Charge).
Demolition of existing RCC OHR above and over ground level only of including all pipes and fittings any discription and in any position, (appx 2 lakh gallon capacity) carefully without blasting, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate and including removing rubbish material (i.e concrete and all other unserviceable debries) from site and thrown in low lying area (as per direction of GE/AGE) at any distance upto 10 KM from the site complete all as directed. Note : (a) All safety precaution shall be strictly followed by the contractor during demolition of tank. Any loss and damage to the nearby existing structure during the demolition of OHT shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost and site of work shall be left clean and tidy after demolition of OHT. (b) Demoliton of old tank shall be carried out from top to bottom manually using hammer drills and other hand handled equipments. (c) Contractor shall provide scaffolding of adequate design & strength to reach at any location height of demolishing the structure. (d) Demolition by way of clarify of column/shaft near GL and side wise lilting of tank shall not be allowed. (e) Contractor shall arrange location/space for disposal of debris at his own cost & out side the contonment area complete all as directed & specified.
