SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (SCHEDULE OF ITEMS)

FURNISHING WORKS Upliftment of Stage Personium Wall by replacement of exiting Lamination sheet with CNC Cut 6mm thick Charcol Board backed by as per drawing approved by Engr In Charge

FALSE CEILING WORKS Providing & Fixing of Soft Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System Microlook EDGE TILES WITH 15mm Exposed GRID. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.9 - 1.0, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Colour Black, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 20mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 66% GW & 74% RW%. The tile shall be laid on grid of webheight 38 mm with 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 14 Kgs/M2. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 . The Tile & Grid system used together should carry a 15 year warranty INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffit using suspension system (specifications below) at 1200mm maximum centre. The suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees.Perimeter trim of wall angles are of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centres.

WALL PANELLING WORKS Providing and fixing Accostical fiber wall Panelling with Square edgemade of fiber glass substrate 25mm thick and wrappd on the front side with an accoustically transparent and fire resistant fabric with an option of colors as per the choice of Engr in Charge of size 1200*600mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC to be fixed to wall using Impaler and Construction adhesives.

Providing and fixing od channelled wooden slats of width 128mm , thicknes of 16 mm and length 2440 mm made of HDF substrate with a laminate/melamine facing as per approved shade/species & finish and a melamine balancing layeron the reverse side.The boards will have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a perforationof 2 mm with and 14mm of visible panel/4 mm width and 28mm visible panel each. The panel shall provide a minimum sag resistance of RH 90 and a fire rating class of 1 s per part 7 of BS476. The edgeds of panels shall be tongue and grooved to eceive special clips of installation.The back of perforated panels shall have a sound absorbing non woven accoustic fleece in form of lasswool/ Rockwool/Polyster fibre as approved by Eng in Charge.th entire frame work will be made with GI Channel of appropriate grade.

REPAIRS TO INSULATION: Repairs to underdeck insulation at certain places by Supply and installation of Sken T3,3mm thk/Armacell sound absorption sheet 19mm thick , a sound deadening menbrane/Armacell sheet below roofing sheets of the structure.Sken T3 should be adhered below roofing sheets with stick adhesive S7 and also chiken wire mesh for adequate support / bracing to be provided by the contractor to hold Sken T3 in position ( Rain noise insulation system)

Providing and fixing Phenolbonded Bamboowod wall panelling with planks of 15 mm thick complete as per specs for stage area at façade of Balcony

AUDITORIUM CUSHION CHAIRS AND ALLIED WKS Taking out old auditorium chairs and Supply and Installation of Auditorium Chair, Tip Up type,with Fire Retardant fabric fastened to ground with adequate fasteners as per sample to be approved by Enger in Charge.

Renovation of Accostical Doors by modification to existing doors and re surfacing with new exterior lamination of 1 mm thicness/Veneer as approved at site

Repairs to Balcony stage flooring by eplacing old wooden planks and replacing with 25mm thick wooden planks as required at site

Provision of Gypsum false ceiling at lobby area on first floor

PERIODICALS Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification. One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
