M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of Cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Machine cut kota stone slab in flooring 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing,cutting and mirror polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine cut kota stone tread of steps (One piece) in flooring 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing,cutting and mirror polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick marble (of approved type and colour) work (table rubbed and polished) as in flooring,borders, stair case landing or steps and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with approved shade of marble over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 8 to 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular), polished,area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster/screed bed of any description on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in skirting,risers of steps,dado,& pillars, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar1:4 and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 8 to 9 mm thick ,vitrified ceramic, light shade (coloured & shade as approved) tiles of size, n.exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down and refixing shutters of any description (wooden/aluminium) exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each including easing, adjusting and cutting the shutter along over all width equally with builder's hardware as required and ordered to fix the same properly complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Qouted rate shall be deemed to included the cost of additional builder hardware required to refix the shutters.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a layer of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including filling depression/holes to make surfaces smooth with wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surface of any discription over 10 cm width or girth after prepration of surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, treating oil & greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel galvanized tubing, 40 mm bore, medium grade with fittings laid on floor as spout complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of approved type and colour) work (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms, stair case landing or steps and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with approved shade of granite complete all as specified and directed
