Painting two coats with any approved plastic emulsion paint to interior wall surface including cost of all materials and labour with T&P etc complete in all respect.

Painting 2 (two) coats with any approved weather coat over a coat of primer with brush to out wall surface after scraping & cleaning the surface including cost of paint, with cost, conveyance and cess, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coat with any approved enamel paint to new wood work & iron work including sand papering and polishing the surface smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respects.

2.5cm thick grading concrete of proportion (1:2:2) 6mm size cb chips including watering, curing, quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

12mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) finished smooth to brick masonry including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Finishing plastered surfaces with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finishing the surface smooth and even by sand papering to receive paint in walls, at all heights with staging wherever necessary with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P etc

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.50m initial lift including rough dressing breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceeding .0.3m depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 32mm thick flush door shutter both sides skin moduled alkyd backer at the back and the size of out frame being of 33*57mm. approved design and quality including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of pre kerb stone of size 300mm *300mm *150mm of M30 grade of approved make design of colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction fixed in required pattern etc .

Supplying of M.S. Door , window with grills, grills made out of .MS. Angle frame , M.S. flat , sheet etc of approved section & design , electrically welded properly with all necessary locking arrangements , and 1 coat red oxide primer including cost of all material.

Providing and fixing Granite tiles of size above 0.40sqm. (20mm thick) in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles complete including cost of tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
