Removing of old unserviceable / broken check nut and providing and fixing new 6 mm thick GI check nut suitable for tubing GI 32 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Welding to broken joints of charpoy GI pipe complete all as directed.

Removal of old unserviceable long rail of charpoy GI Pipe and providing and fixing new long rail of 32 mm dia medium grade GI pipe, ISI marked and threading the same 22 mm long at one end and 52 mm long at other end and fixed in position complete all as shown on drawing.

Cutting and converting the old unservivceable long rail as retrieved vide Srl No 27.05 here-in before into two short rails and fixed to charpoy GI Pipe duly threaded 22 mm long at both side end including removal of old and broken threaded short rails.

Cutting and converting the old unserviveable short rail as retrieved vide Srl No 27.05 here-in before into two legs and fixed to charpoy GI Pipe duly threaded 22 mm long at one end including removal of old and broken unserviceable legs.

CHARPOY FOLDING IP WITH HARD TOP, DRG NO. FD-388R

Removing of old unserviceable Plywood top from charpoy Folding IP with Hard Top and supply and fixing the new ISI marked BWR Gde commercial plywood Top of 8 mm thick suitable for charpoy Folding IP with Hard Top and required Nos of suitable size round headed nuts and bolts full threaded shall also be provied to fix the plywood sheet as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Make of plywood : -National Greenply & Century)

Welding to broken joints of Charpoy folding IP With Hard Top all as directed .

S&F in replacement PVC shoes to Charpoy Folding IP Hard top complete all as shown on drg and as directed.

Cleaning of steel surface and making good old surface and applying two coat of black spray painting complete

Removing of Unserviceable leg from Table 3x2 Steel without drawers and S & F new legs of same size made out of 25 Sq mm MS tube having wall thickness of 1.6mm including welding as required all as per drawing and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable top from Table Office clerk steel and supply and fixing the new top of same size made out of 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board teak faced with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-around the table top all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable lock from Table Office clerk steel and supply and fixing new lock with two keys all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable drawer from Table Office clerk steel and supply and fixing the new drawer of same size and shape made out of 1mm thick MS black sheet all as shown on drawing and applying one coat of synthetic enamel olive green paint with spray painting (Internally and externally) over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
