Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.20B).

Supplying and filling in foudation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick including well rammed watered and consolidated including cost and conveyance of sand to work site from approved sources and including labour charges for all lead, Gravel lift, filling, laying, levelling, watering and compacting including all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications(TNBP No.24&25).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Part Cement, Four Part Fine Aggregate and Eight Part Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting uptp 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre tocentre etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One Part cement, one and half Part M-sand and Three Part aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering strutting, and reinforcement grills placed in position but including mixing concrete, laying and vibrations charges, curing, etc complete and including providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification( TNBP No:30)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. TNBP No:30

Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of M- sand) mix using best quality sing new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:31

Laying with first quality design ceramic tiles of all colours new ceramic tiles 305 x 305x 6mm tk for flooring and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one part of cement & three parts of M-sand)20mm thick and pointed with white cement including adding with suitable colouring pigments of match with the colour of tiles used and curing etc., complete.including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Daddoing with first quality colour glazed tiles of 300 mm x 200 mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One part Cement and Two Part M-Sand) and pointing with white cement neatly including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. S/F in position of Indian Make White/Colour glazed earthen ware lipped mouth Flat Back Urinal of best approved quality with G.I.Pipe connection to suitable length,32mm bell mouthed P.V.C connection ,15mm dia G.M.Wheel valve,fixing the urinal to the wall in position with necessary T.W.plugs ,clamps,screws, shellac etc.,including dismantling masonry if necessary and redoing the same to original condition ,fixing the 15mm dia. G.I.pipe connection and wheel valve ,painting the pipe with two coats of approved paint over one coat of primer and checked without any leakage complete, complying with standard specifications. - White Colour

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make white glazed earthenware WASH HAND BASIN of 560x406mm with a a pair of C.I. Brackets, 15mm dia C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm G.I. Waster water pipe, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waster coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M. wheel valve with ISI mark and necessary G.I. union and G.I. Elbow, including fixing wash hand basin in position with white lead, clamps, teakwood plugs, screws, rubber washer etc., complete without any leakage complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position best Bevelled Edge MIRROR of 6mm thick of size 50cm x 40cm fibre glass shelf type with necessary plywood backing and rubber button, chromium plated screws, teakwood plugs, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with Cuddapah slabs of 40mm thick over a base mortar in CM 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand (P - Sand)) 20 mm thick and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three Plastering sand) usimg Black oxide complying with standard specification (P & D data 53)

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
