Labour only for attending day to day complaints of external water supply and for checking / repair / replacement of existing water supply items for continous fresh/ hot water supply or detection of nature of defect including carring out minor repairs, as required to make the items functional, finding of defects, taking down/up of GI Pipe and fittings such as valves, unions, sockets, elbows and tees of different sizes etc and refixing/replacement of items mentioned, tightning the loose joints for 21 Wing area round the clock and as when as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge . NOTE : (a) Items replaced shall be measured seprately. (b) All the necessary T&P required for repair shall be provided by the contractor. (c) Necessary transportation to the employees shall be provided by the contractor. (d) Contractor / Rep of contractor shall collect the complain slips daily from the concerned JE upto 0900 hrs so that complains can be attended within the same day. (e) Contractor shall provide sufficient number of manpowers to attend the complaints on day to day basis and completion report shall be render to the concerned JE daily. Failing to attend the complaint within same day penanlity of Rs 200/- per complaint per day will be levied.

Excavation, in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying GI pipe line in hard / dense soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge .

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge .

Taking up or down steel tubing with connection from trenches, ceilings, floors walls etc including cleaning for refixing or removing from site complete with all fittings ( such as bends elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, unions etc), complete all as specified of following sizes and directed by Engineer- in-Charge :

Refixing old steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings( such as bends elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, unions etc), complete all as specified of following sizes and directed by Engineer- in-Charge :- Note:- Serviceable pipe obtained from srl item No 05 to be re used.

Random rubble uncrushed stone masonry in cement mortar 1:6 valve pit of internal size (150cm x 150cm x 150 cm), with 38 Cm wall thickness, 50mm thick coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), plastering internally with 15mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 and flush pointing externally in the same mortar as the work proceeds including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, valve pit MS covers with angle iron frame etc but excluding framed gretes etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel, plain back sheet 3.15 mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates, valve pit covers and similar work cut to size holes punched round headed screws or welding and fixed to steel frame etc as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Channel angle or tee rolled sections an in framming for valve pit chamber including all flat iron hold fast, MS handles and hinges, locking arrangement etc (FE410-W-Gde E-250), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preperation of MS sheet surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or grith not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthethic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preperation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthethic enamel painth over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to existing valve pit of internal size (150cm x 150cm x 150 cm), with resetting the stones with cement mortar 1:6 including relastering, recoping with PCC 12:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), welding of hinges with angle iron frame bringing the bended MS sheet into flat shape etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to existing valve pit of internal size (100cm x 100cm x 100 cm), with resetting the stones with cement mortar 1:6 including relastering, recoping with PCC 12:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), welding of hinges with angle iron frame bringing the bended MS sheet into flat shape etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out the existing GI pipe of any size by excavation/removal of insulation any type and burning the pipe with the help of blow lamp to clear the blockage occurred due to ice formation inside the pipe and refixing the same including making good/refixing removed insulagion of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- The rate quoted should include the cost of required T&P required alongwith fuel, excavation and stores required.

Labour for Cleaning drain pits by removing the waste materials (soil) to a distance exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point, making all good of drains for easy draining the pits in winter, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to Dozing system for disinfection of water supply treatment by replacement of injector,injector nozzle ,dose controller and reolacement of overflow pipe, delivery pipe and inlet pipe and testing the same after carrying out the repair work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of burn out motor of 120 watts single phase for dozing system, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/Rewinding of monoblock pump set of cap 5/7.5 HP 3phase 415 Volts of any make suitable for circulation water/distribution system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Repair/Rewinding of monoblock pump set of cap 2/3 HP 3phase 415 Volts of any make suitable for circulation water/distribution system, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Printing of line diagrams on flex fixed in metal frame of size 1.5m x 1m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The line diagram to be printed on the flex shall be obtained from Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only testing kit for testing of residual chlorine in the water and regeant, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only first aid medical kit containing adhessive bandages, crepe bandages, tapes, antibiotic treatment application,pain relief gel, antiseptic appliation, burn dressing gel soaked, burn treatment cream, gloves, scissors, Paracip tablets- 10 Nos and soaking cotton etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, of storage capacity 500 Ltrs ISI Mark including connecting inlet and outlet connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting the water sample from the pump house and sending to the laboratory Approved by CPWD for testing of the water including chemical analysis as PH value,Turbidity,Mineral Test,Residual test on the interval of 6 Month in a year conforming to IS:3025, IS:10500-2012, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
