11kV VCB PANEL: Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Two panel vaccum switchgear unit (VCB) with following features: a) The panel unit should have 11kV, 3pole, 50Hz, 400Amps, 250MVA, 13.1kA symmentrical breaking capacity, single phase motor operated & manual spring charging system with power pack and intelligent quasar metering with RS485 communication facilities as per IS:2516 b) Power pack 110 Volts DC unit for control circuit supply for each panel. c) The PT Should be resin cast bus connected in separate bus PT enclosure, resin cast, dry type having voltage ration 11kV/110V,3phase,3wire,50Hz horizontal draw out type as per IS 3156. Burden of 100VA and accuracy class as 1.0 d)CT ratio : 100/5+5, Protection class 5P10 and metering accuracy class 1.0 e) Breaker should have E/F, O/C, S/C Protection with microprocessor based SCADA compatible E/F, S/C, O/C IDMTL Relay, along with Master trip for each panel, f) ON, OFF, Spring charge, Trip circuit healthy, Indication must be in the panel. g) WTI, OTI,Bunchhole alarm and trip with annunciation facility for each panel. h) The above VCB should be eredted on masonary trench in angle iron frame including supply and fixing of angle iron frame. i) Provision of in-built feeder earthing switch with required locking arrangement for each module. j) The contractor has to supply the GA diagram, Complete Circuit wiring diagram, make list, Colour of Panel etc for getting approval from the section. TRANSFORMER :

Installation Testing commissioning of 11kV/415V, 500KVA transformer in substation no – 14 which includes filtration of transformer oil of 800L. The details of job include: - i) Testing of BDV ii) Megger value, voltage ratio at all tap position iii) Core Balance iv) Vector group v) O/C & S/C test and determination of internal impedance vi) DGA Test report. Following precommissioning tests are included in scope of contractor. LOW VOLTAGE SWITCH BOARDS : Supply, Unloading, Installation Testing and Commissioning of following TTA(Totally Type Tested Assembly) floor mounted panels as per IEC 61439 and SLD enclosed. The rate shall include unloading of Panels from transport vehicle, shifting to the stores or near by site location & then to the location of panels, including crane hiring charges, lifting shifting tools tackles, manpower, mounting on supports etc. as directed by site engineer. Work also involves positioning panel on prepared trench and support channels panel alignment, assembling transport section of panels, fixing of panels to based channels with fasteners or on floor / wall with anchor fasteners as per requirements, bus bar & earth bus interconnections, tightening of joints, bolts, hardware etc. and wiring of loosely supplied components and accessories as manufacturers instructions, operational checks but excluding supply of structural steel. UPS SYSTEM

Supply,Unloading, Installation, testing & Commissioning of the following rating of UPS System including unloading, transportation from store to site ,errection insulation, testing of UPS System including Battery and Battery rack errection & Installation under the supervision of supplier of UPS. The scope also includes supply and installation of the flexible wire from SDF enclosure to UPS and UPS to Main UPS DB. Flexible wire shall be as per the recommendation of UPS supplier. Supply,Unloading at site, handling, erection, alignment and other associated work of 20 kVA UPS under the supervision of supplier's commissioning engineer. UPS shall have three phase input as well as output. Supply,Unloading at site, handling, erection, alignment and other associated work of 12V, (Suitable AH capacity and quantity) SMF battery bank to provide 30 Mins backup time. Minimum 96000 VAh. Battery to be provided.

ISOLATOR FOR UPS. Supply, installation of 16 kA, 63A TP +N MCCB, with rotary handle in enclosure made up of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet, pretreated in seven tank process, powder coated with paint thickness not less than 100 micron ( Shade RAL 7032 ). The MCCB shall be interlocked to prevent the enclosure Door being opened unless the MCCB in OFF position and Also Enclosure shall be provided with facilities for Padlocking in the OFF position Cable end box shall be provided for incoming and outgoing cables.

Supply & installation of cable of suitable size from UPS isolator to UPS & from UPS to isolator. (Distance Between Isolator to UPS & UPS to isolator will be max. 5 Mtr.)
