Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B1, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note – The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid).

Taking down chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 4.00 Sqm (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B1, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note – The qouted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Digital HD coloured anti skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.38 sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and inted in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Digital HD coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.38 sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm as in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in ement mortar 1:4 as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Black granite stone as in cooking platforms, slabs for oval type WHB,sinks/cills etc & the likes complete laid over 15 mm thick cement sand screed in CM 1:4 incl mirror polishing complete & providing necessary holes for gas pipe and Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 50 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection with fair finished complete. Note : Joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

Supply and fixing for mild steel framed work as in door chowkats/gate of angle or angle iron work as in fixing of cooler stand by drilling/cutting the stone masonry wall and fixing up to 1st floor walls, other section of grade Fe-290-Gde E-165 with gusset plate rails, braces etc welded/drilled to fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for sliding or hanging with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material test certificate and authentication should be compoulsory provided by the manufacturing company.
