Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in place shown by the departmental officers within an initial lead and lift and clearing, leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, five sand/M sandand ten aggregate) using 40 mm size hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and flooring including dewatering wherever found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting steel shuttering including necessary supports for plain surfaces for reinforced cement concrete works such as grade beams, column footing, plinth beam, stair case steps, pedestals bed blocks cover slab etc., using mild steel B.G. 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre, supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm diameter spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc., complete and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers For foundation and basement

For super structure in Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Binding wire, straightening the rods, welding of rods, dia above 25mm in all floors complying with standard specifications. [The welding should conform to BIS. Wherever required at contractor’s expense.]

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand /M sand) using First class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9” x 4 ½” x 3” for the following including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. For foundation and basement

For super structure in Ground floor

Supplying and fixing MS iron grill for windows ventilators and grill gate etc., including one coat of red oxide primer using MS angle/ MS Square rod of specified size and design with necessary holdfast,23 Cm length splashed at end is to be provided at appropriate places for fixing the grill etc., complete complying with standard specification. The type design for the grills should be got approved by the departmental officers before execution departmental officers before execution.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the RCC exposed surface such as RCC slabs sunshade facia, canopy slab, stair case, waist slab, landing slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand /P Sand) 10mm thick including hacking and providing necessary cement mortar nosing, beading etc., wherever necessary and as directed with cement mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification

Cornicing work to the RCC pillars and Arches including cement mortar and providing special scaffolding and shading nets and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of Cut stone posts of size 6” x 4” x 7-0” embedding with cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement three sand and six aggregate) mix 0.60m below ground level and leaving 1.50m above ground level including cost of conveyance and labour for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, three M.sand and six aggregate) using 20 mm size hard broken granite stone jelly for vertical angle posts including laying of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supply, erection and fixing in position of fencing posts using M.S. angle 65 X 65 X 6mm in the excavated trenches to a depth 0.60m and embeddings with Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 and leaving 1.8m above ground level including providing necessary fastenings at bottom of angle and making a provision of M.S. flats 0.2 length for holding the chain link mesh in the angle posts and also including necessary bolt and nuts and applying red oxide primer to the fencing posts etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of 2” x 2” size G.I. Chain link 10 gauge and tieing with cut stone posts using 16 gauge GI wire and also running GI barbed wire 3 rows top, middle and bottom of chain link and tieing with 18gauge GI wire including cost of all materials and labour etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of best first quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat using emulsion primer including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works).

Cleaning Juliflora Jungle without uprooting clearing the site around the proposed boundary area and making approach road to the site etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm dia blue gum posts (or) casurina props (or) best quality bamboo posts of 4M overall length (9m height + 0.50m projection + 0.50m into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m centre to centre including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width, etc. in a complete form including using coir and nails – 1 m run. a) For height of 3m to 6m.

Supplying of portable water for construction purpose using 5000 litre capacity M.S. water tank including hire charges for tractor with tanker and the contractor shall make his own arrangement for procuring water in work site etc., complete complying with standard specification.
