New construction work of Poonthpura Paitikheda road from Gadhi Parshuram Marg

Excavtion for roadwork in soil with hydraculic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity inculiding cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and trasporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5m amd lead upto 1000m as per technical Specifcation clause 302.3

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1. with all lifts and leads,1000M spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Providing, laying and spreading Material on prepared sub grade, adding cement 43 grade OPC @2% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base. Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Cement Treated Subbase)

Providing, laying and spreading Material on prepared sub grade, adding cement @4% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base Cement treeted Base

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates and using (VG-10) bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical specification clauses 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 A.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.SI No- 12.1

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing.

Brick work with common brunt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.50 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar (1:4) as DSR No-6.1.1.

Laying NP-3 pipe RCC concrete pipe 350 mm dia for culvert on first class in single row including fixing socket with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 2900.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in substructure as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 1300 & 2200

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 on brick work in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clauses 1300 & 2200

Maintenance Charges for Part-A (Bituminous Road Part) Maintainance Charge including @ Earth Work, GSB, WBM etc as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Years from the actual completion of work. including GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Maintenance charges for Part-B (CC road and Structure work) Maintenance Charge including repair of CC surface, earthwork on patri, culvert, drain, road furniture etc. as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Years from the actual completion of work. including GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.
