Schedule 'A'

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement). Complete all as specified and directed. Note : Work will be executed at a height upto 12.50 m. Contractore will engaged necessary arrangement at his own cost and rate will be deemed to be included in quoted rate)

M&L for 5mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as in ceiling all as specified. Note : Work will be executed at a height upto 12.50 m. Contractore will engaged necessary arrangement at his own cost and rate will be deemed to be included in quoted rate)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:4 and to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed. (WPC measured and paid seperately). Note : Work will be executed at a height upto 12.50 m. Supply only integral waterproofing compound

Dismatling of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L FLY ASH Brick work using old bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M& Brickwork with old sizeflyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type C-2, (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and fair & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
