Annual Contract for pest control in residential colony and office complex of AMD, Central Region, Nagpur during the period of 2024-2025

Supplying and spraying of Thermal fogging by Del Fog 1.25 UIv Chemical for mosquitos including labour, all necessary tools, tackles and fogger machines for fogging operations around residential anf office buildings etc. by using 0.325 liters Del Fog 1.25 UIv Chemical into 65 liters disel and 10 liters petrol for each operation in the entire colony around the residential and public buildings and peripheral area all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge Note: Minimum 2 foggers required for each operation. one operation carries one day.

Anti-termite treatment to outside perimeter of given existing buildings and also in side the toilets / record rooms where ever necessary, using chemicals like Chloripyriphos or equivalent other chemicals approved by Central Insecticides Board as per the direction of manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as post construction treatment as per IS 6313 or its latest relevant code complete as per enclosed specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge Note: Payment will be made on lumpsump basis at every quarter interval (ie; at every 3 months)

Post Control treatment for Pests, Rats, Bandicoots, Rodents, Snakes mosquitoes for the following given premises at all floors / rooms heights and locations using chemicals / pesticides such as Malathion, Prethurm, Decis, Zinc / Aluminium Phosphide etc, Confirming to ISI Specifiucations or as specified by central insecticides board and also placing glue traps / mechanical traps for Rats etc. wherever necessary including removal and disposal of pesticides / trapped rodents etc. outside the complex all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and spraying of Temper EC for Larvacidal treatement including labour, all necessary tools, tackles and appliances etc spraying the incecticides in the colony open drains and stagnated water pools which were identified as mosquito breeding places for treatment of mosquito larvae with Temper EC mixing with water @ 12.5 to 20 ml into 10 liters of water as per manfactures specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Supplying and spraying of Delta Flow for Adultcide treatement including labour, all necessary tools, tackles and appliances etc for Indoor Focal Spray in all residential and public buildings (viz. bath, toilet and other areas as directed by the Engineer in Charge) all complete as per manufacturers spoecification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge (sprayed uniformly on surfaces of walls and ceilings with approved sprayers etc) Note: Dosage 10ml of Delta Flow for 1 liters of water
